The platform is friendly and easy to use! More than others that I try before

It was easy enough to follow along and give all the information.
Was just annoying when trying to add someone onto the application as when the application got sent kept coming back as 3 people when it was only 2..... finally figured it out though and got approved 🙌

What a ridiculously bias form logic. Designed for bread and butter office workers.

Being a early career researcher or legitimately any other career type that might have multiple income streams or non-standard work contracts: retirees, small business owners etc etc and you physically cannot use this form to apply.

Very fast, helpful, transparent

Simplicity of the application form is the reason for the 4 stars. Compared to 2form and others, navigating through the form was easy and very intuitive.

This software discriminate against retirees, as requires last 2 years employment and rental references.
As a result I have to make a manual application for each property via the property manager.

Can't understand why any business would use crap software like this.

I never received my order, no one has responded to my emails, there is no phone number to be called. Then I get an email saying I forgot something only to be a false statement, it just goes to there web page. Very upset

It was so quick to apply for rentals after updating our information. It was simple to use

There was a lot to upload and some of the option lists did not apply to us, so an 'other' option with explanation field would be useful. But overall it was easy to understand what was required and ultimately delivered a successful rental application. I liked that it lets you upload a photo of yourselves, too.

Snug took me all the way to the end only to find it would not accept my profile because I did not have a current AUS driver's license. How stupid is this as a multicultural country even though I am an Australian Citizen?
