A gruelling and dispiriting application process, way too much data collected.

Snugs user interface is the easiest to navigate of all rental application management systems. I really appreciated their automated referee contact feature as I filled out my application. The brand Snug creates a deeper sense of care than dry brans like oneform or tenantoptions

Easy app and see every step of processes

Quick response, Andrew and Chiara both have been very helpful and responsive. I particularly appreciate Andrew spending few minutes with me outside the property explaining the renting process and next steps. We are new to Melbourne and this made things so much easier for us.

When applying through snug you will be asked for more personal information then you really need to provide. The forms break if you have any kind of issues in real life that it can't handle. At every step you feel like a number, being pushed through a system that compares you to others based on hurtful ideals. I would never use this system if I had a choice.

Highly reccomend Snug, very easy to use and make the whole process a breeze!

Sofa is excellent, stupidly, I spilled red wine on it within a week, and it came off with a damp cloth, with no trace of a stain. Was delivered to my home up two sets of stairs and took 20 minutes for me to put it together. Perfect service.

Really easy to use with regular updates to follow the stages. Updates faster than the realestate

User interface very well designed, simple and clean.
Generally speaking a much better experience than 2App and 2Tenants; however, I found the Snug Match Score shady and unnecessary.
I have been rejected with a score of 74 and accepted with 69, the metrics are inaccessible because are based solely on the landlord preferences.

The Snug Score Match requires better use guide and metrics that help the applicants to improve their position towards an application.

i.e. : The listed property X accept only scores from 70+

here are metrics to improve your score for the current listing:
tip 1)
tip 2)
tip 3)
...etc.

Easy to use, reliable, efficient, and it looks like data security is ensured.
