Property viewed was clean, and well presented on web site. Agent arrive on time and very pleasant and professional. Have had excellent service from this company and would choose them again if and when the need arises.

Absolutely awful awful website, they request way too much information more so than any other company we have used to apply for houses. They force you to put a profile picture by saying you’re more likely to be picked but at the same time you’re more likely to be judged based on your appearance and not your suitability. This website and app is a joke and will not be doing this again. It took 4 hours to complete an application

Quick and easy process that gives you visibility on your application

I found using the Snug website to apply for a property incredibly easy and quick. Well laid out, easy to upload documents and photos as well as very clear language and questions. When it comes time to apply for a rental property again, I hope the agent uses Snug.

The ease with which the process was conducted was amazing. I applied from a different state but managed to get everything sorted.

Completely infuriating online system.
Firstly I had extensive issues trying to logon to your system…….you need a User Experience consultant to redesign your login workflows. The system gave pointless error messages that did little to navigate the user around the problem. I have UX consultants in my team to avoid these sort of user frustrations.
Secondly, the application workflow assumes that every adult member of the household is required to be financially vetted. There was no option for a primary applicant to be on the tenancy agreement and merely list other members of the household. Surely you are only interested in who is paying the rent and therefore who is bound contractually. Why would you need my spouses full details (earnings, bank statements, references etc) if she is not responsible for paying the rent.

What a terrible rental application platform. Spoke to a few agents as well that preferred other ones like 2 Apply so much more than Snug.
It's so restrictive and broken that now I don't bother applying to any rentals that use this platform anymore. Save your time honestly. Customer support just give stock standard answers that really don't help. In a rental crisis, this platform is part of the problem.

Started getting emails of suggested houses no where near where I was looking. The website is overall to complex, there needs to be able to search by area not an address
