Snug was very easy to use and very efficient

Overall the website was easy to use, the listings were clear and concise, the website was visually pleasing. The applications can be a little confusing, however if you have all of your documents and information ready, it's not too bad.

Overall snug.com was a little difficult to navigate especially if your on a mobile device make sure to double check your toggle answers as they would change as you scrolled. Sometimes the pages would not let you progress as it would come up with warning problems when there was no issue so you’d have to exit and go back in and hope like hell it saved your information. It took me 4 hours to do my application which is too long in my opinion, but I did get approved for the house so all is forgiven.

Has to be one of the worst websites I've used in the process of applying for a rental property. The online forms don't work, you can't continue past certain points, there are so many problems with it. It almost put me off the property I was applying for because I was so frustrated with using the website.

Easy to apply and review applied applications.

One feedback on user experience - I've been waiting for the property application to be sent by the agent. After 2 days and called the agent, he said I have to complete the property feedback form, only after I clicked interested then it would trigger the application. This step confused me.

It was my first time but I come out very satisfied and very happy. Good job. I recommend it to everyone without doubt.

The website shows errors constantly and requires closing the webpage and reopening. Can’t remember the code, but it was during the application for a rental in deewhy. Otherwise the UI is good. The fit % feature isn’t helpful though. It should show the reasons for the %

This is the easiest, most user friendly, efficient and safest option of applying for a rental property I've ever used. It clearly shows where you are up to in the process which helped us secure a property in a short amount of time. I'm very impressed! :)
