Super easy and my application was a bit painful thanks to a recent breakup, so it was great to have plenty of free typing fields where I could explain things without having to separately email the agent.

The Snug form is very detailed. I appreciated the space to introduce myself, and to add a profile picture. After filling it out once, it’s easy to reapply for as many properties as I want.

My girlfriend and I were sceptical at first. Another rental lease agreement app and more information to fill out. However this was the best decision of our lives. We were told the rental market here was high competition however we’ve moved interstate - and within two days of us sleeping in an Airbnb we were successfully accepted to lease our new home in Cairns in the tropical Far North Queensland. Really helpful, I got an apartment agreement with the first application issued in the platform. However, I felt the format didn't let me add comments to information attached to clarify some data, nor add questions related to the offer or conditions. So, there's room for improvement.
