The 3d printer was delivered very quickly and is excellently packaged. The website gave a detailed description of the unpacking method and setting up the printer and is easy to follow, overall a great experience. I am very pleased with my purchase and the prints are excellent quality so far.

Professional, easy-to-use machine

putting the machine together wasn't that hard. setup was a little bit of a hassle machine didn't want to bind
The MAIN issue is the slicer I went to snap maker web page to download orca, and it sent me to a PC game site that locked up my computer and wanted me to pay! and deleted my web browser! may be user error I don't know. The lack of printable files on the beta orca is useless. Importing 3mf files keeps giving me an error code
. I'm really begging to second guess my discission to buy this machine! If I'm doing something wrong, PLEASE correct me I am not beyond learning

The delivery was amazing. I hadn't expected to receive the U1 until the middle of May but it arrived 2 days after purchase on 10th April.. WOW!!!

The box is brilliantly packed and the video explaining the unpacking was a definite help.

It took it slow to make sure that I built it correctly according to the extensive manual which was just over an hour.

I powered it up and it went through a full diagnostic calibration giving plenty of information as to how long each bit would take and if any problems arose.

Finally, without any configuration/tweaks from me, the very cute little dragon demo supplied with it printed flawlessly in around an hour. The result was a perfect print. It's also fascinating to watch the toolheads changing.

I also set the camera to record a timelapse video which also turned out great.

So far, I've had one failed print which was most certainly my fault as I left the default config for the prime tower and was using PETG for supports on a PLA print. The tower failed part way through as a consequence and broke the rest of the print.

Another thing that impressed me was that they supply a decent set of tools, grease and a spare extruder nozzle along with extra screws and clips in case you lose one during assembly. That is so thoughtful of Snapmaker.

Overall: Amazingly quick delivery, amazing product and amazing results out of the box. I couldn't ask for more :-D

Fast shipping, great product

Getting the filament i needed to fo my project.

It’s been great, shipping was fast, set up was easy, the only hiccup I had was in their troubleshooting guide FAQ I had an error but I only had to update the firmware. In the troubleshooting guide the solution video wasn’t showing so I thought I was stuck. I ended up figuring it out and printing hasn’t stopped.

Easiest Order Process, Fast and easy to place the order. The customer service was great. Got my product in great condition. I am very satified with the order, shipping and customer service and I love the printer itself. Works great out of the box.

Delivery was very quick. The packaging was excellent and everything arrived in perfect condition. Assembly was straightforward and easy to follow, even for a beginner. The first print produced two error messages, so I was initially disappointed. However, with a bit of research, I managed to resolve the issues and the first print came out very neatly on the print bed. It’s very impressive, especially when you’ve previously had a six-year-old printer where everything from assembly to calibration had to be done manually.

So far the experience has been outstanding. Less then 48 hours from payment to delivery. Setup was made easy with detailed guides provided in handbook. Only disappointed in the apps connection to the printer is a bit hit and miss and the App Library is very small
