I love the Snapmaker U1. From the unboxing to the prints there is nothing but quality. A+++

Por desgracia no he podido utilizarla el tiempo que querría para hacer una valoración más fiable.
Sin embargo, el tiempo que os he usado estoy muy contento con la compra. A medida que pasan los días van actualizando cositas, la máquina funciona bien y el hecho de que sea más abierta que la mayoría, es sin duda una ventana para usar toda la potencia de Klipper.
Tuve que esperar mucho a que llegara, eso no me gustó demasiado, desde noviembre hasta marzo. Otros la compraron en marzo y en una semana la tenían, creo que eso no fue justo.

The delivery was on time. The set up was straight forward. Most importantly, the printer is amazing. I was on the fence about trying a new-to-market printer, and I am happy to report it does everything I wanted and more. And after half a dozen multi-color prints, I have only a few grams of purge waste, total. If you're looking for a multicolor printer, I recommend the U1.

I have the U1 Printer and ordered 10 rolls filament .
2 matte pla and 8 pla-speed , i used sofar 6 collors .
all good nice quality, also with the no brand filament works it very good .till now i used abs asa ,ht colorfabb, tpu , pom and nylon -pa19.
350 hours about 8 kg plastic

That first clean perfectly packaged clean product.
Opening the box, theres nothing like it,
Everything looks good and is the highest quality available in my view. Everything just works.
I love it.

So far so Great! we love this thing and have been printing alot and learning alot about 3d printing. This is my Wifes printer, got it for her birthday and she loves it. We even dabbled in TPU printing in the first week we have had it! we love snapmaker and how easy the thing is to calibrate, change heads, and optimize the prints!

The printer is wonderful, the accessories and their delivery timeline is lacking. I'm not happy that my top is delayed almost a year. I am happy to see the support for the community and the pace of updates and communication.

The printer jammed at #3 nozzle. Am I on a warranty

The U1 has been working nearly flawlessly. Any issues I have had were dealt with quickly by the U1 team. I love they are listening to the 3D community and making the necessary changes accordingly.

Después de más de 300 horas de impresión ni un solo fallo.
Simplemente que sigan realizando un buen trabajo con las actualizaciones
No le vendría mal algún idioma en la interfaz de la impresora
El resto por el momento de 10 y una buena calidad en las impresiones

Very straightforward setup, easy to follow instructions. Didn’t even have to go to the video, the quick start guide was enough. Can’t wait for my first print.

It started off great, I got 3 days of nice prints, now it’s failing more than it successfully prints and LOVES failing 8-10 hours into a print. Who needs to worry about poop waste when you can throw away HOURS of prints every day?! I’ve wasted WAY MORE filament on this printer than my previous flash forge due to the failed prints. Deleting posts in your official group from people who complain about your products and the unavailability of backup parts is the reason the other star was removed. 🤷‍♀️ I was so incredibly excited for this machine and now I spend more time fighting it than enjoying it.

Edit after having a few incredibly helpful conversations with people in the group:
I apologize for posting the initial review when I was still sleep deprived and grumpy from hours of failed troubleshooting when I should have been sleeping. After upgrading my plate to the glacier plate, tweaking a few settings, and getting rid of some suspected not great cheaper filament, I am back to smooth sailing. I still have a lot to learn and I am much more hopeful at this point that I’ll be able to do so comfortably with my U1.

Hopefully more spare parts will be available soon because it would make me far less nervous when I need to disassemble the toolhead if I knew I had backups!
