Superb upgrade for my Bambu X1C printers to produce more efficient multicolor toys. It didn't take long for me to buy a 2nd U1 printer shortly after my Kickstarter printer arrived.

Customer Support, although rarely used, has been exceptional.

Snapmaker processed my order within a couple of days and sent my U1 with DPD. The managed to get into the hands of PostNord in less than 48 hours great work. PostNord then managed to misplace the order delaying delivery by 3 business days.
The new packaging is super solid. I doubt the printer would take damage even if thrown off the truck bed.
Assembly was easy, the manual was very comprehensive.
Printing is an absolute delight on this wonderful machine

simple 4 Nozzle are the bomb. Hardly any waste.

Worked right out of the box. Updates were quick and easy.

I own for any cubic two lut spot and three resin printers I would keep my resin printers but I wish all the rest were snap maker you once it's been a pleasure using this unit it's intuitive easy to work with but having little to no waste while doing multicolor is the best

The printer is fantastic! So much faster than my Anycubic Kobra S1 and produces almost no poop! The print quality is also a bit better then my Creality and Anycubic!

It like an Apple devices but for 3D printing industry. All made with love and engineering quality.

In general great servic, how they dealt with such a huge delivery schedule for the new U1 printer was outstanding.
The top is delayed but very good communication so no real issue.
Ordered separately a set of hardened steel hotends, hotend socks and a build plate.
Hotend and socks arrived, still awaiting the build plate and had to contact Customer Service for approximate delivery of build plate which I’ve been told June/July which is poor.

The printer is very good, but....there is room for improvement.
Especially at the first initialization there are some problems, but they can be solved.
I liked that they were serious about the delivery, it was done on time.

I got the Snapmaker this week. The assembly instructions are brilliant, all clear. I felt like putting together IKEA table. Printing is going great so far. You can start printing from the Get go Even if you does not have experience. Delivery was also great.

So far, I’ve had nothing but good experiences. All deliveries have gone smoothly and always arrived on time as promised. Customs and taxes—Snapmaker handled everything without a hitch. The U1 is an incredible machine for the price. It’s fast, clean, and can even handle TPU. Software and firmware updates are released regularly, though the Snapmaker Orca lags slightly behind the Orca. Unfortunately, the U1 is quite loud when you’re working next to it. Unfortunately, the U1 lid I ordered along with it will likely not be delivered until November. In the meantime, I’m using a lid I printed myself.

Very happy with my purchase was sceptical at first but they have surprise me with performance and reliability only time will tell how the equipment will last as the parts is worn abit and the system matures as times goes on but so far so good 😊 Thank you snapmaker for making a machine that even Bambu and the rest can't compete lol 😂 left them in the dust . Speaking from someone who has all of them. The only printer in the same league is prusa XL but that is more serious and next level as for snapmaker I reckon the price is very reasonable.
