One of the best 3d printer I've ever had. Very fast, reliable, very good quality and great wiki manual.

I preordered a U1 printer. It arrived in time and worked right out of the box. I have been printing with it for a while not and have had very few print issues and most were user error.

This is one of the best printers I have ever used and I have been printing for about 12 years. The manual is also the best I have ever seen.

The hot end fan made it worse, the print doesn't stick any more.

A great product(Snapmaker u1)

Great printer so far — it’s definitely exceeded my expectations. Delivery was super quick, and slightly unbelievable! Getting it out of the box and assembled was a little involved, but nowhere near the hardest thing I’ve put together. The best part is that I’ve had zero issues with any of my prints. I’ve barely had to tweak the print settings in slicer, which is amazing. This thing is basically ready to go for any experience level. Overall, a great product.

So far I've been really impressed with the printer. since I do a lot of TPU printing. it handles it so well multi color /material as well. I'm still pushing and testing what I can. especially coming from multiple printers from different brands. this has been really great. Keep up the work

The multiple toolheads is the defining feature for the Snapmaker U1, and I have enjoyed using my machine since it arrived about six weeks ago. I am new to 3D printing, but seeing this machine convinced me, and I believe many others, to try it. I think Snapmaker is in a great position to build on that.
The setup was straightforward with the provided instructions.
The hardware is good enough. Some components are little flimsy, such as the side panels, but some compromises were expected for the price. Some default operational settings (printer config) seem too aggressive, such as acceleration speeds, which I found to be the cause of excessive noise and knocking sounds during operation.
The U1 is still in the early adopter phase, and the potential is still half the attraction.
The Snapmaker Orca software could use some feature upgrades, especially the addition of a layer-by-layer color blending to allow for an expanded color gamut (a modded version called FullSpectrum is a good starting point to use as a model, and I see that Bambu Lab just added this feature to their slicer). SnapMaker could then add a calibration feature for color blend profiling for more accurate soft-proofing when painting models. There is even the possibility of importing external models but preserve the model colors/textures, which can be remapped to the gamut profile without manual painting. That is the sort of potential that hobbyists like me are attracted to, and it is up to SnapMaker to continue on the path that they started.

Very trustworthy but timeline for accessories changed and the quality are not equal to the price for the accessories. Service and communication are top level.
