This machine is incredible!! I've been running an Ender 3 V2 Neo for over 5 years now so I was definitely expecting a big upgrade and the Snapmaker U1 did NOT disappoint! I love everything about this machine so far. I've had it for about 48 hours and it's been printed almost nonstop. The speed and print quality is absolutely insane. I'm printing much higher quality parts 5x the speed. If I had to give one note for improvement is the camera's refresh rate when monitoring live printing through the app of desktop. The refresh rate is super low. But I can still see just fine. It might be helpful to have a zoom feature too so you can see the object's fine details better.

Print quality is excellent and a bit better than my Bambu P1P. The process of printing seems to take longer to download files than what I'm use to but I have not explored all the setting to see if there is a way to make that go faster.

Setup was simple, with easy to follow instructions. Had a couple easy to remedy faults that popped up on first print attempt. Print quality is amazing. 4 color provided PLA filament made startup a breeze. Have now added other brand filaments to my slicers filament library and the Snapmaker has made filament that proved difficult with my other printer a pleasure to print with. So much easier than my first, single color introduction to 3D printing. I would recommend this printer to anyone who is looking to get into 3D printing for the first time as well as any experienced 3D enthusiast. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've seen a few people having problems here or there but my experience have been nothing short of extraordinary. Coming from an Ender 3 I know all the hassle that can come with 3d printing. been constantly printing multiple colours for past week and don't regret my purchase for a second.

I really like the U1! I have 2 other larger scale machines that I like (when they decide to cooperate.) But they have the single print head and suffer from the same issue all like printers do. WASTE!

I love the U1 speed, precision, and lack of waste! My only wish would have been for 1 more color print head but I'm happy with the machine I have!

The app, although, slow has potential and is impressive considering the price point and comparable models on the market.

I have four printers and so far this is the best overall multicolor printer. Great packaging! I had no issues assembling the printer and the first test dragon print came out great. I really like the less plastic waste compared to my Bambu Carbon X1 with the AMS.

I have a YouTube channel and TikTok where I make lots of cosplay masks and props. This has completely changed the game for me. A little over a week with this printer and I already am considering adding another to my setup.

The printer is great. However, charging €50 for shipping on an €850 item is a complete rip-off. Similarly, advertising a printer that can print with any filament, but leaving the top open and charging an exorbitant price for the lid, is another blatant rip-off. I will not recommend this company to any of my friends.
