Bad experience with support
I have been trying to contact the support team for more than two days now because I wanted to cancel an order due to the incorrect fireplace being ordered, but I have received no reply from either chat or email.

A very speedy delivery
A very speedy delivery, well packed. Pleased with the item but it would have been useful to be informed of the weight, which would have meant we would have chosen a more standard light. As it is we are having to relocate this light to a different location.

Great Service
We ordered a 60inch fireplace, but on arrival we decided it was far too big!
The whole process to return was easy and Jessica in CS was really helpful.
The whole start to finish process has been really good.
We now have the new 40inch and it is a great product.
