Been with SG for over 7 years. Their prices have increased over the years, but the customer service has got even better. I was having issues migrating 2 sites from another top hosting provider, as the size of the sites was huge. Over 5 days, their support team was just a call or chat away, and the wait time was under 3 mins each time. They were there throughout the process until I was all set. Huge shoutout to the entire team for all your support!

I've been with Site ground 3 years now. And not once had a problem with them. My subscription is up for renewal. And I personally had an issue. And was contemplating a cheaper service, but didn't want to leave site ground as they have been fantastic. So I spoke with them and they helped me find a solution within their plans to accommodate and help with my personal issue. Their customer service is impeccable, no AI bots a real person, swift to answer and very understanding and helpful. 10/10 for just the process of reaching out, the swiftness in response and solution and Dimitar, my customer rep is an absolute legend. based on the past 3 years and todays experience they have me as a customer for life. ;)

Had a recurring issue where a cache folder on my WordPress site kept losing its permissions and breaking caching — something that had gone unsolved for nearly two years despite previous attempts. This time the engineer, Milko, actually traced the root cause properly: he matched the folder's creation timestamp against the server access logs, identified the exact third-party plugin responsible, and even spotted a separate underlying problem (a blocked WordPress cron) that was stopping the site from self-correcting.
It would have been easy to just reset the permissions and close the ticket, as had happened before. Instead I got a clear, evidenced explanation of the whole chain and a sensible recommended fix. That's the difference between support that patches a symptom and support that actually solves the problem. Very impressed.
