A quick resolution
A small website issue relating to Malware was resolved with the help of the technical team very quickly with a clear explanation of what had caused the issue. Even though it wasn't a serious problem the information provided once SiteGround had very quickly discovered the root cause provided reassurance.

I contacted SiteGround about my upcoming hosting renewal and was very pleased with the service I received. The adviser took the time to check what loyalty discounts were available and offered me a much better two-year renewal deal, including extra hosting time and domain renewal.
It was really nice to feel that being a long-standing customer was actually recognised and rewarded. The adviser was friendly, helpful and explained everything clearly.
