I have recently registered with single Muslim.
I just would like to personally thank sister aisha the administrator ma’sha’allah She’s very helpful and supportive since I’ve joined.

First impressions are important to me and she made a positive impression.

i am actually new user.. but uptil now i had good experience in searching partner. people are even decent and polite. Administration is great in answering all my queries. i am satisfied with this app uptil now..

I once signed up to SingleMuslim.com but had no complaints about the service or the platform. But since I've deleted my account they continue to spam me on my mobile phone under different names. I wouldn't recommend this platform as they're not GDPR compliant. I've deleted my account and they have no right to continue to spam me via mobile or email. I would not recommend signing up for this platform.

I found the app easy to use and I'm off and on at the moment but it seems to be getting better with new features. The profile contents seem to be more detailed then other sites.

I have been using the site for 6 months and it is one of the most easiest sites to use. The app is also great to search and chat to people who are really looking to settle down. Customer service is great any questions asked are dealt with in a professional and respectful manner. Would definitely recommend to anyone who's looking for something serious.

Before you become a member you get all these “messages” and to see the messages you’ll need to pay for premium. Once you sign up all these “messages” stop coming.
So before going premium I was a superstar and once I go premium I become a nobody.
This is a Scam so stay away.

I am not a member anymore but keep getting Spam texts saying they have found a match.
Can’t reply with STOP to opt out of these texts.
Forcing me to change my number.

Easy functions and easy use looking to find my partner.
Used other websites shaadi.com and mismatch but haven't had much luck.

Been with Single Muslim for a year now and IA will find my Mr Wright soon. I called in as I had a problem with my login details and the customer service advisor was helpful. I've read some off these negatives reviews and honestly I can say it hasn't happened to me.
