Sorry not left a review earlier. I met my soulmate in 2012 and we got married 8 months later. I was registered on the website for over a year (please don’t give up easily) I did come across guys that were time wasters and not ready for commitment. I have a gorgeous 4 year old boy, all thanks to singlemuslims.com so please give it ago. I have recommend the website to my friends.

Kingman786 Ur right I jus joined for a week cancel same day so I don't get charge but still they took money frm my card .I rang customer service he was so rude I will never join this site again anyone who's thinking if joining this site becarefull they r fraud

1 week option is fraud, they still charge you Pounds 29.99 and when i highlighted this they made no effort and customer service was a disgrace..STAY AWAY!!! DELIBERATE misleading advert. Put in a line in the T&Cs to support their narrative. AVOID AT ALL COST AS THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY.

My sister's got me registered, and I didn't believe it at first. But here I am happily married with the partner of my dreams, Mashallah!

I've been with Single Muslim for a while but to be honest I checked some reviews before I joined and I was quite reluctant as some reviews were bad but I’ve personally had a really good experience. I think the website is really easy to use and there are some great options on there which you can’t get on other sites. When I did read through the reviews I was quite shocked but I guess when people don’t respond to you it jus means that they’re not interested, it doesn’t mean that it’s a scam. I think with things like this you jus have to have patience, and if that’s not right for you then something better will come. I had a few issues and I just reached out to the customer service team and they were brilliant, lovely people who fixed what I was having trouble with. I wish us all the best of luck and hope that as promised to us we find who we are made for.

Great website for introducing potential partners. It does exactly what it says on the tin. Great experience including the customer service aswell. Lovely user experience and overall I cannot fault this website one bit.

Having pretty much cornered the the market for a "Muslim matrimonial" site, the admin's are happy to just let the money roll in and over time more and more of the limited functionality is now only available to paying members.

There are a significant number of fake profiles on the site, many of which are using the details of other people in an attempt to catfish users. Having reported one such profile, which was using pictures of someone I know, to the admins as fake. They responded with a nonsensical email telling me that I misunderstood the report feature and should communicate with other users using the 'message me' feature.

Either they had not bothered to read my report or they simply don't care.
Only match to date is my levels of frustration to their levels of incompetence

In response to the above Singlemuslim.com have posted the response below, in which they state the following.....

"We contacted this reviewer who refuses to confirmed their account details. As they refuse to provide their account details I can not properly investigate the allegations regarding any messages they have allegedly received via the site."

To clarify I have not refused to confirm my account details. In actual fact I hadn't seen their request as trustpilot updates don't show up in the main inbox. In both the response below and the request for information they use the phrase "properly investigate". Do I take this too mean that the initial investigation was not carried out properly?

Given that they are quick to claim I refused to give account details and hadn't "properly" investigated the report when it was first raised. I see no point in carrying on any further communication with them. Clearly the rating on here is far more important than the user experience on the site!

Sorry singlemuslims its taken me 8 years to leave a review. I met my husband via single muslims and within a year we were married. We met 3 times and then involved our parents. We now have 3 beautiful children and two families with a beautiful bond. Could not thank you enough for giving us this platform to meet. Yes i did come across a few time wasters, which no doubt you get with every site like this. It is unfortunate that they abuse the site even though you have a thorough registration process the time wasters sometimes slip through. Over all i was very happy with the service both myself and hubby recieved. InshaAllah May Allah reward you for setting up a platform for muslims to meet and get married.
