Don't ever go to this website.
To add, i contact the support team and they replied:
'Your profile has been suspended due to inappropriate content. We take any such matters very seriously as misuse on our website. Please email us to apologise for this behaviour and inform us that this will not happen again. On hearing from you I will consider reinstating your profile.'
The support team working at single Muslim will create profiles with 'stock images of the most pretty girls' and send you messages to lure the new member to buy their membership and then that profile is deleted all of a sudden.
This is the worst website ever

I have been with Single Muslim for a while now, I was quite reluctant as some reviews were bad but I’ve personally had a really good experience. I have found someone and everything seems to be going quite well, alhamdulliah. Also I think that the website deserves credit as it is really easy to use and there are some great options on there which you can’t get on other sites.

Single Muslim periodically cleans-up our database removing inactive accounts to ensure that our service remains valid.
Our customer service team located the account for this former member of the site, the account had been inactive for a period of over 24 months and had been deleted as part of our inactive members clean-up, covered by our terms 20.7.

Salaam All. I recently had an issue with the customer service team which the individual I was dealing with wouldn't escalate. After posting a review here I was contacted by Singlemuslim and the issue resolved within minutes. I trust that Singlemuslim will put in place an appropriate escalation process to benefit all members, inshallah.

Again getting fake profile messages
Again getting fake profile messages. Isn't it funny these people message you and have nothing in their profile. Some of the signs to know profiles are fake,
-if the pics look like they have been screenshot steer clear
-also if you get messages from members but they do not swap photos again another clue these are fake
-members revisit you and message you within a short period of time
-profile's have nothing on them
-they try different ploys, before it was a pretty pic but now they pretend they are divorced etc
I don't want anyone else losing their money. All the positive reviews on here are most likely fake just like the website.
