Maybe singlemuslim believe their genuine users will not recognise the mass of fake profiles on their site, including their own admin's. Gents, please take your money elsewhere.

I left years ago after no success and yet they continue to send me spam SMS messages with no opt-out option, have reported to ICO.

When you are not a gold member, you will get messages. So you pay money to read these messages and then no reply, fake profiles to get you to sign up....so I would not recommend.

Every time my paid subscription expired I would get bombarded with emails alleging I had a new message from a new admirer. I ignored it at first but I got so many messages I became curious so I paid for another 1 month subscription. None of the women who messaged me were real they were all bots. The company runs a scam by using bots to message members who do not renew their subscription and they tempt you to pay, as you cannot read any of your private messages until you renew your subscription. I cancelled my subscription on 22.01.2020 and lo and behold I received 16 messages from so called female members with the latest message arriving today. That's an average of 1 message every 3.5 days! I received 3-4 messages throughout the 3 months I paid for the gold membership! I was sick of getting these fake emails so I finally decided to delete my account today. They even sent me another email claiming someone new has private messaged me as I deleted my account, which I am assuming is their way of trying to persuade me to reactivate my account. For an Islamic matrimonial site it is very immoral. Do not fall for their scams and look elsewhere!

I've been a rolling monthly member for 12 months. Wanted to unsubscribe from the site. The company threw the whole terms and conditions law at me. Don't offer gesture of goodwill for long term members and paying males!!!
Take your business elsewhere from this poor customer focused money making biz😠

Fraudsters and scammers , not to forget that the website is obsolete. I tried cancel a membership as I realised this company is outdated. It did not let me cancel and eventually they took another months money , I disputed this and told them the issue , was ignored and given robotic answers. Do not join it is not worth it , go to other apps such as muzmatch etc , modern and genuine .

I cannot believe they call themselves as Muslims. But they are racist, no humanity and trash speaking people.
I was shocked to hear from them. If you value your money, don't create an account. They will deduct money first then kick you out of the system. When ask for money they said you agreed to our terms. Be careful. singlemuslim.com website is a real waste of time and money.

SingleMuslim.com is a great platform to meet others with the view of getting married. As a woman, this is a safe environment to speak to people, and there are processes in place if you do ever find yourself needing to block/report someone. The site itself is easy to use and the staff are always willing to help resolve any account problems. People who complain on here about other user's behavior need not blame the site. I do believe people need to be mindful of how they conduct themselves- it is a halal website; and if you feel you are being mistreated then simply report or block them, remember you have the power to decide how you would like to be treated so use it! There are good, decent men (and women) and its not fair to overlook them because of the bad behaviour of other users.

I had some communications with various subscribers on Single Muslim.
These men were well-behaved and decent. I think that the strict code of conduct and terms and conditions played a big role to make subscribers men and women so decent.
The administrator Aisha is such a cooperative person who is ready to help all subscribers when needed as well.

Ive been looking on here on and off for a good few years now.The only guys who contact you are people with no british passport or divorcees with x number of previous kids. Apart from that the other guys who contact you pretend they are interested and get your number. After this they have a phone conversation with you and they MASTERBATE over the phone. This has happened several times and i complained to single muslim admin who will take no liability because it happened off the site. There are serious people but they dont tend to reply and unattractive people bombard you with messages until you block them. I would use the site but be very very careful and dnt trust anyone too quickly. The reviews for excellant and 5 stars are fake aswell, probably posted by the single muslim team, like their fake marriages posters on their website all fake adverts to get your money.

I have found the site to be an excellent option.
I have joined and left the site many times over the years so am familiar with the set up.
I have had many really positive exchanges with members ( sadly no match yet though!)
The user is totally in charge of what they share or not and the Block User options means there are no problems as long as you are responsible about how you behave online.
The administrator particlulay always gets back to me.
