We ordered Tommy Frank's TV stand,
We've had it a week but actually haven't got it out yet due to dates being put back regarding other commitments.
Tomorrow we will put it together, can't wait to see it.
Shropshire Design is a professional, I had a few enquiries before purchasing & after I'd ordered and arranged a date I had to ammend it.

Jacob was so helpful and totally understood.
So don't hesitate.

We ordered a large heavy console table from Shropshire Designs. I had seen this on several sites at varying prices and SD were the most competitive. The service was efficient from the start. The order was confirmed, delivery arranged and item received promptly and placed in the room of our choice. We wouldn’t hesitate use SD again in the future.

The communication was constant helping to monitor our order in every step. Even after the delivery the after sales support for spare parts was impeccable!

Truly an outstanding example of customer service!!

Good communication and speedy delivery very pleased with item ordered.

Found SD by accident as they has a superb piece I bought. For a rural outfit they are intriguing-they seem to be able to source some really special items that well-known London outlets miss. If you are seeking something special highly recommend them.

I am a new customer to this company. I ordered some Pols Potten jars and they arrived very well packaged. Customer service provided very helpful, polite and prompt responses which is rare indeed these days. Would recommend to anyone.

The artwork & customer service was excellent. I would definitely use them again when buying any future luxury accessories & artwork .

As a new customer to SD I was delighted with the service I received from this company. The communication was excellent. One of the products was temporarily out of stock but I was kept well informed of progress and when I could expect delivery. This communication makes such a difference to a customer. I have no hesitation recommending SD and will continue to enjoy browsing the beautiful furniture on their website.
