Beautiful shorts
Beautiful shorts, favourite garment I own instantly. And the company ethos is perfect. Just need to work on the online sizing tool however the incorrect size was rectified very quickly and easily. Can’t recommend highly enough, I’ll be getting more for sure!

Delivered my sweatshirt the next day and there was email correspondance on delivery.
Cannot fault the quality, have bought 2 now in different colours, as the medium was slightly too big, so downsized with a different colour.

Very Good Quality
My sweatshirt arrived swiftly in sensible, recyclable packaging. I'm really pleased with the quality and the fit, although apart from trying it on, I haven't worn it yet. The weather's been too warm; it will be useful for cooler days in the autumn.
I'm sure I'll be wearing this item for many years to come.

I brought a beanie hat in the summer sale whilst lying on a beach in Spain, I didn't want to miss out on the sale price. I asked if delivery could be deferred a week and they agreed immediately, wonderful service. When the beanie arrived it is absolutely gorgeous and perhaps I'm the only person looking forward to winter to wear it! this is my 5th purchase, i just love their products for quality and design. Fantastic quality hoodie. I needed to send it back for a size issue - normally I wear a small but this was too small so sent it back for an exchange for a medium. Speedy service and good communication throughout.

Lovely product but the wrong size, my mistake. Followed procedure to request refund, got the cute sheepish assurance that I would be contacted.
This has been repeated several times but no action has been taken, no emails replied to.

Great product but wrong size for me
My wife bought me the “Flock” sweater in an XL and I have really enjoyed it. The quality and fit was perfect for me. I am 6’ tall and 210 lbs so I ordered the “sweatshirt” style in XL and unfortunately the fit was not right. The body was too long and the arms were too long.The quality and feel was excellent but the size was not a match for my body. You have a great product, customer service, and follow through but unfortunately the sweater just didn’t work this time.
