Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Ordered a sweater in large, medium arrived. I complained and returned the item requesting a large. A medium arrived a second time (3 weeks after my initial order). Customer service has been poor and very slow in responding. Dreadful service given the price point.

Disgraceful customer service
So, having waited an age for my order it finally arrived damaged. After many emails they finally agreed to refund, in their words, 'immediately'. That was 12 business days ago and no surprise - no refund, and no response to any of my emails. Disgraceful. Have nothing to do with this company.

Ordered nine days ago and no dispatch email yet!
I ordered a sweatshirt on November 29th and it has still not arrived, today is the 8th December. Their shipping time says 2-3 business days and I ordered it based on the shipping time mentioned as a gift for my son. He lives in Dubai, but is visiting me today so I had planned to give it to him. Now that it has not arrived it is too late for me to give it to him before he leaves. I have emailed and also sent messages from their contact form three times since the middle of last week, but have had no response. This is an expensive gift costing £150 and I am really upset that it has not arrived and that I have no way of speaking to the company. Regardless of how busy they are, they should certainly find the time to respond to customers emails within the promised 24 hours.

I love the quality and the brand
I love the branding and image. The product is high quality. The fit is great and I am very happy with the items that I have ordered, usually more than one of each. I have to say I don't like the button/badge thingy (but if you're determined it can be removed with pliers). I would prefer just to have the knitted badge on the back of the neck. Nevertheless, my favourite knitwear brand. Please keep up the good work.

Zero customer service
As others reported, the customer service is really bad. The claim of a response within 24h is simply misrepresentation;I have never received a response within 24h.
Ask them a question on the email address listed on their website before you purchase so you can see for yourself. You have been warned!
Edit: interesting to see they have time to respond here quicker than they respond to emails... Managing a poor image appears more critical than managing their customers' issues

We travelled a long way to join the flock
We travelled a long way to visit Sheep Inc’s first, and only, physical store in London. I was a little anxious that the brand experience will be less impressive than the amazing product I had purchased months before.
I was pleasantly surprised as the staff were warm, patient and inviting. After only week open they were also very knowledgeable and clearly embraced the brand ethos.
We made our purchase and later circled back for more. This time we were lucky to meet Michael, one of the founders.
This was the icing on the cake. His passion came through with unadulterated authenticity. He explained how they source the wool and why they invest so much time doing it right.
This is certainly a brand worth investing in. We are glad to be part of the flock. It will be a warm winter.

The quality is great and the items I bought are incredibly cosy. Delivery was quick, as was one return (I’d bought trousers in two sizes). It would be nice if the trousers came in different lengths for those of us who are petite but otherwise everything is perfect.
