Timeless quality
I bought a hoodie for my husband in the sale. It shipped super fast and the quality is excellent. I had to sneak a sale hoodie in for myself as well afterwards because of the lovely quality and the timeless design that I hope will last me forever now

Problems with washing
I’ve written an email already but I washed the hoodie for the first time in cold water/delicate and I’ve had it pill up
On me and the “buttons” came off .
Not sure what to do.
On another note I love the colour and fabric but the hoodie part is a bit big (too much fabric) and it doesn’t lay flat on your back. A bit annoying as ai have longer hair than your models.
Really sorry to moan as this is my third piece of clothing and I quite like your products.

I’m really sorry to hear the hoodie has pilled after your first cold/delicate wash, and that the buttons have come off, that definitely isn’t the experience we want for you. If you’re happy to, please send over a couple of photos of the pilling and the buttons, and we’ll get this resolved for you straight away, whether that’s a repair, replacement, or refund depending on what you’d prefer.
And thank you for the fit feedback too, especially around the hood sitting with longer hair, it’s genuinely helpful and I’ll share it with the team.

Great product, poor customer service!
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel I have no other option at this point.
I placed two separate orders (#65196 and #65330) before Christmas with Sheep Inc, and neither has been resolved properly.
One order of three items was never dispatched (65330). I had to chase twice before being told it hadn’t been sent due to one item selling out. The order was eventually sent a few days later, but then went missing with Royal Mail. After more chasing and very slow responses, I was told a replacement would be sent. By then, two of the three items had sold out, and I agreed to receive the single item still in stock. After confirming this, communication stopped completely, and the item was never sent. I’m still waiting.
With my other order, I returned a zipped hoodie to exchange for a size up. The return has been received, but I’ve had no confirmation of an exchange or a refund. The size I requested has since sold out online, and again, I’ve had no update despite chasing.
Overall, communication has been extremely poor. Replies take days, follow-ups promised by customer services don’t happen, and there is no way to speak to anyone directly as there is no phone number. I’m still missing items I paid for, and one exchange remains unresolved.
It’s particularly frustrating because the product quality itself is great (hence 2 stars), but at this price point, I would expect far better customer service. I’m only leaving this review in the hope that someone responds here and helps resolve these outstanding issues, as I’ve had no success through email and would just now like a full refund!

Been wearing the knitted hoodie nearly…
Been wearing the knitted hoodie nearly everyday for 2 months since getting it in November - thick but soft and keeps you warm: I mostly wear it to sleep. Washed it only once and it's only started to pill very slightly but not too bad. I think UK 12 is actually between S and M since both fit so got the ultra thin hoodie in S (much shorter than the M). Got another item that I didn't like but it was very easy to return it at the post office and got the refund quickly. Recently also got the navy Wave swim shorts that I haven't worn out yet.
EDIT: Just to add, after wearing my hoodie almost daily for 6 months until summer, sent it to "The Seam" for repairs in two places and everything was free, even the postage to/from was included. All done within a couple of weeks - really easy process and now the hoodie is good as new! Given this experience, I look forward to buying the joggers and another thicker hoodie this winter.

Terrible support - do NOT buy
Ordered Dec 18 with express shipping. Didn't ship until Dec 22. Package has shown no tracking movement since Dec 23. I've reached out multiple times asking for a refund or reship, and each time I'm told to wait because "FedEx isn't fully functional." I understand holiday delays happen, but refusing any resolution after a 15 days of zero progress isn't acceptable customer service. Do not buy from here!

No longer waiting in vain!
This is an update to a previous review I made. I returned a jumper to Sheep Inc because it had a small hole in one of the sleeves. It took some time for the company to locate the returned item, but with the help of my proof of postage, I eventually received an email acknowledging that it had been received and that an exchange item had been sent out.
I didn’t receive any tracking information for the exchange, although I did receive promotional emails from the company guaranteeing delivery before Christmas for orders made by midnight that day. At the time, this was a little frustrating, as I still hadn’t received my replacement item.
That said, I have now received the exchange jumper, which is great as it was intended to be a Christmas present. However, I also ordered gift packaging with my original order on 28/11, and this still has not arrived.
Additionally, upon receiving the exchange jumper, I noticed that the construction is different from the one I originally ordered. Although they are the same model, the original jumper had a more interesting construction, which was a feature I particularly liked. I would be curious to understand why this has changed.

I have heard nothing from you since Dec 17th...I requested an exchange of Medium for Small, but have been sent the same size (Medium) again. I have tried returning/exchanging AGAIN but on your returns page it won't allow me to, saying this item has already been returned, and under Royal Mail tracking it says its still being tracked. Therefore I am stuck with the wrong size garment and no way of returning it. On top of this, I have emailed several times and have only had 1 reply and the issue is still not resolved. Absolutely appalling customer service. Please resolve this asap

To clarify the issue with the returns portal: each order has its own unique order number, including exchange orders. To return the exchange, the exchange order number (not the original order number) needs to be entered into the returns portal. If the original order number is used, the system will show the item as already returned, which is why you’ve been unable to proceed.
That said, we’re very sorry that this wasn’t made clearer sooner and that communication has been slower than it should have been. This is not the experience we want for any customer. Our team will follow up directly to help get this resolved as quickly as possible and ensure you’re not left stuck with the wrong size.
