Really Stands Behind Their Products
Great jumpers, and they really do stand by them. They reimbursed us for local darning repairs (as a once-off kindness) even though the damage to our jumpers was moth-related. So comfy, so warm and they really do want their knitwear to last a lifetime.

terrible customer service
Ordered two jumpers, both of which had faults (they were coming apart at the seams). Four months and numerous emails later, having being asked repeatedly to describe the fault and resubmit photos, I am still waiting for a refund.

Appalling customer service
I don’t normally put reviews on trust pilot however I feel compelled to do one for this company. I like their products and have a couple of their 1/4 zips. However the latest one I bought shrunk around the collar on the first wash. It was washed on a cold wash as per instructions. Their customer service is dire - on contacting them (within a few weeks of buying the sweater) they told me to try shrinking it to re shape it - it has already shrunk, or sending a photos of it to someone who might be able to fix it. The response from the person who might have been able to fix it was it had shrunk round the collar so it’s not fixable. I was finally offered a refund but I have been trying to sort a refund out for over a month or exchange it. The customer service emails are like talking to AI and I have never known such poor customer service who don’t seem interested in helping you. They have nice clothes but they are expensive and if you have any issues they aren’t interested in solving the problem for you.

Great quality, but could be improved if...
Great quality.
Definitely could do with more colours, (e.g. their joggers colours are too dark,) but they do have some great colours and patterns, I love their Royal Purple, and their Bottled green and also Midnight Reef is great.
Although their products are too pricey, but some are definitely still worth it, with a discount; and with the free, quick delivery, and Knit Clinic lifetime guarantee!

I love Sheep Inc!
Initially I went online and ordered one 'half zip' chunky jumper in the sale, a less costly investment in case the item did not live up to my expectations and to assess size. The item arrived on a timely basis, sustainably packaged, and did not disappoint. However, it was a little too large for me so my partner received a lovely gift which he is very happy about.
Then I promptly went online and ordered more, sized down, for me. This time a lightweight T shirt and the smoother, lightweight half zip. Both are amazing! They are very comfortable at temperature regulating - not too hot, not too cool - finely made, come with a lifetime repair warranty, do not crease at all, hang beautifully and do not hang onto odours. I just hang them on quality hangers and let them air, before popping them back into the wardrobe. Perfect!! The sleeves are a little too long for me on the half zip, but when I am active in the kitchen or at work, I just fold the cuff back and the absence of seams and quality shaping mean they stay neat and stylishly presentable.
I am wishing for more V neck options (they suit me better) and a restock of the undyed natural fleece that was on my wish list but never in stock...fingers crossed.

Consistent holes
I have a hoodie, after every wear i find another hole I need to darn. I have a lot of Australian and new Zealand manufactured pure wool products and never have this problem

the optimistic fluff
In a world of no so good stuff there is a rare fluff .... a soft one ... the soft but not meek Sheep inc. you can experience the brand's message via an outstanding customer service that endeavours to make you experience quality and makes you feel part of something a bit bigger . The brand seems to care and it shows. The products ( a scarf, a beanie and a cardigan ) are all incredibly heavy and soft and the packaging is outstanding too

Very upset with instore experience
I’ve been buying from Sheep Inc online for years and have always loved the quality and ethos of the brand, so I was really looking forward to visiting their first physical store in London. Sadly, the experience was extremely disappointing.
When I walked in, there were no other customers and initially no visible staff. After a while, I noticed a member of staff who was on her phone and seemed completely disengaged. When I approached her, her responses felt sarcastic and uninterested, and she offered no real help. It was surprising and honestly quite off-putting, especially given the brand’s premium positioning.
The store itself looked untidy and lacked the polished feel I would expect from a high-end brand with such strong messaging around sustainability and values. There was no effort to explain the products, the materials, or the story behind the brand — which is a big part of why many customers shop with Sheep Inc in the first place.
Considering the premium price point, I would expect a much more attentive and customer-focused in-store experience. Unfortunately, this visit did not reflect the standards I associate with the brand.

Challenging support matter - was resolved in end.
I purchased a cardigan which had only been worn three times when it came apart at the seams.
When I first contacted support to request a replacement or refund, I was disappointed to receive guidance on how to repair the item myself, as this appeared to be a manufacturing defect rather than wear and tear.
However, after further communication, the support team reviewed the situation, credited my account, and kindly added an additional goodwill amount as an apology. I appreciate that they ultimately resolved the matter and made it right.
While the initial response was frustrating, I’m grateful for the way it was handled in the end.

Exceptional quality
Exceptional quality, I have two pieces and am extremely happy with them both. They aren’t cheap, but good value when bought in the sales. If I could afford it I’d definitely own more. If they endure as they claim they will then the price tags are quite reasonable I suppose.
