They advise that they've shipped your…
They advise that they've shipped your order but royal mail never receive it. Dont order from this company or other companies that stock their clothing. very very poor.
I ordered via boohoo who advised the order is shipped direct from you. You apparently shipped the order on the 1st and Royal Mail advised they were expecting it. delivery was due on the 3rd. Royal Mail have only had that parcel passed to them today the 4th. So delivery will be late.

I order 3 shirts, 1 didn't fit, I had to pay to return it, £4.60 , you'd think a big company like this could send a free returns , it was my 1st orders and I won't use them again, even little Ebay shops offer free returns, makes this company look cheap.

Been a customer for about 2 years…
Been a customer for about 2 years now,and bought multiple orders and always very happy with purchases.there was 1 time i got sent out the wrong size in hoodie and another time when i was 2x tshirts missing,but when i contacted them regarding these issues they fixed them by sending items out to me straight away and apoligised for the mistakes,so happy with the customer serivice aswell as sometimes these things can happen!all in all great quality clothing at great prices.

I ordered 2 pairs of shorts,but what arrives is completely different from the photo you see in the advert. 4 pockets instead of 6 that was clearly written with big black numbers on the advert. Even the material turned out to be 100% polyester, and then they try to defend themselves by saying that what the product is,as if to say like it or leave it , the more I think about it the more angry I get.In reply to their reply, having concealed zip pockets well I can assure you they are well hidden because they are not there and the advert clearly says 6 pockets
