Lovely Really lovely sweaters … tags can be hard to remove
I have no argument with the quality of the sweaters. But the tags !
I couldnt get the wretched plastic tag off my new sweater ( nor could stronger others ). I was disappointed because all Sheep sweaters are outstanding . But I’ve had really helpful messages since and will certainly go to this firm again … hopefully with a removable tag .

Improved response
I am modifying this because I received a response and Sheep Inc. was helpful. I chose 4 stars because I don't think any garment of quality should unravel so quickly, especially with minimal wear. I appreciate the help that I have received.
I purchased a hoodie in September (5 months) and it has already developed a hole. I sent two messages to customer service and no one has responded to me. They have a repair service, but you have to pay for shipping. This is terrible quality. I have paid far less for sweaters/jumpers that have never unraveled. I will never purchase anything from this company again.

Love the woolen t-shirts. So comfortable and soft and just lovely quality. Prefect for inbetween weather when jumpers are too much and a cotton t-shirt is not enough. They have become a staple of my wardrobe. Love them.

Very slow return process
I like the eco concept and the jumper was OK but nothing special really for the price: quite thin wool. I sent it back and it took about 6 weeks to get a refund.

Great product & customer service
I was given my first Sheep Inc. jumper during Covid and they have become my go-to brand for knitwear since! My favourites styles are their hoodies and (surprisingly) their Tshirts who I find to be great all year round items that need little maintenance and always feel good.
The order process is easy and delivery to Germany usually has been fast. I had some issues post Brexit with DHL, but the customer service team has very quickly taken care of it.
Overall strongly recommend!

I can't get enough of these jumpers
I can't get enough of these jumpers! I now have a cardigan a hoodie and the traditional round neck! They're soft breathable and go with anything!
The whole family, in both the UK and the USA got Sheep Inc clothing for Christmas this year, delivered in good time and very well received!

Tech problems impacted customer service
I bought a sweater for my husband’s Christmas, which was far too short in the sleeve, despite being his supposed size.
I sent it back on 27 December, and it arrived with Sheep Inc on 29 December. I only know this from tracking.
Since then I have had no acknowledgement of its receipt, no updates and I am £230 out of pocket.
I have contacted Sheep Inc again this week, but you can only email, and have had zero contact from them.
I am very disappointed and also want my money back. Appalling service from this business.
**UPDATE**
Since writing this review, I received an acknowledgment from customer services and my money has been refunded.
On that basis I will increase my rating, but will not purchase from Sheep Inc. again. I hope others have a better experience.

It’s important to note that Sheep Inc have identified a technical fault that meant my emails were lost. They have been in direct contact to apologise and to ensure this does not happen in the future.
I’m writing this because I feel it is rare for an organisation to take the time to make contact. I felt Sheep Inc were sincere in their apology, and their wish to improve their systems. Thanks to them for making the effort.

BEWARE!
I purchased a couple of sweaters as Christmas gifts. They were received the next day… so far, so good. Unfortunately the items were not suitable and were returned on 27/12/23, in the original packaging, in line with the Company’s Return Policy. Royal Mail tracking indicates that the package was received on 29/12/23 at 11:00 hrs. I have tried contacting Sheep Inc. on 3 occasions, via the facility on their website, to enquire about when my refund will be forthcoming but all my communications have been ignored. Disappointing - and somewhat concerning - from an organisation offering premium priced goods.
