This was our first booking with Sentinel.
The online booking was easy to follow, unfortunately we had to cancel due to the virus.
We cancelled the booking on line, which again was straight forward and received an immediate full refund. If only Jet2 were as professional and valued their customers like Sentinel. We will be booking again with Sentinel when the opportunity arises.

Our flight was recently cancelled so informed Sentinel we wouldn't be needing our car parking. Our payment was refunded promptly. We have used Sentinel for many years,always good friendly service and never had a problem.

I didn’t think I would get a refund so was surprised to find how quickly and easily I got it.

I have use these for years and they are very good. They gave the refuned with no issues when this crisis happen.

Sentinel offer an amazing service in all sorts of ways and I’ve used them for years and will continue to use them. I’ve had to rearrange a flight and the rescheduled one was then subsequently cancelled due to the demise of Flybe. Sentinel refunded both parking fees with no questions, even when one of them was only cancelled about 2 hours before I was due to arrive. If only TUI and other large organisations showed the same level of integrity.

Had two bookings. Arranged refund on one and transfered the other to next year. Was no problem at all. Excellent service.

We have used Sentinal Leeds a few times. Very efficient prompt service whatever time of day. Excellent shuttle service. Would highly recommend. Very convenient and close to airport.
