Booking online was quick and easy
Booking online was quick and easy. On arrival at the car park the barrier opened automatically and the same on exit.
We found a space fairly easily and were on the bus within minutes.
Overall experience was brilliant and took a lot of stress away from us.

Parking at Gatwick Short Term North…
Parking at Gatwick Short Term North Terminal was fairly easy to find and easy to book online. However, the car park was almost full on arrival and not at all easy to find a space. The car park is very convenient for easy access to the North Terminal. Would recommend this car park for short duration parking only.

I have often used this service and it is usually very good however on this occasion my car was returned very dirty with what seemed to be seeds and mud stuck to the windscreen and the bodywork - disappointing.

Customer agents on site were very helpful and polite.
The website booking process caused me some issues regarding booking length.
My flight arrived back at 10pm so in the drop down menu it went in sequence 2230 2300 2330 0000 so I selected 0000 thinking this was 2 hours after my flight arrived, to allow for delays, bags etc.
However 0000 was actually midnight the day before!
The website asked me for my return flight which I selected but it didn't warn me that my booking would end 22 hours before my flight arrived back!
The staff sorted this for me but it did delay me and cause confusion.

Good value hassle free parking.
Booked last minute on the day of the flight. Straightforward booking process.
Apart from slightly confusing sign from A23 ( only visible at last minute), good signage to available areas. (At North terminal there are very clear signs to the long stay car park).
Plenty of spaces, frequent buses both ways.
Overall smooth experience.

Very easy and clear website. Prices are reasonable think cheaper the earlier you book it but not sure. Bus times are very good didn’t wait more than 5 mins going and when we got back the bus was there waiting. Lovely friendly drivers on both journeys. Would always use this car park

Secure easy parking with well kept tidy areas for Gatwick terminals. Only 5min transfer on regular transfer buses.
Booking online is easy, you just turn up the time you stated the barrier reads your registration and then you follow the direction boards to the open parking area of that time. You make a note of the area alphabetic letter , bus stop number and row you are parked in and when returning listen for information to get of at the right bus stop. Used this parking many times and always been very good.

Easy, quick booking. I made a mistake which was easily amended. Instructions to get to the carpark were clear. Straight in. Carpark is clean and well lit. Good signage to and from airport. Zero hassle when I got off my 11:30pm flight
