Great service, called a few days before my trip with a question and person I spoke with was extremely helpful and professional. Both drop off and pick up of car was quick and efficient - would definitely use again

From booking valet parking to departure. Easy to book, staff on arrival were brilliant. On return process to retrieve car was simple easy and we were ere away in a few minutes. Definitely book again.

Easy to book and travel. Signage within not really clear my friend ended up parking in staff and I had to move my car as advised into zone B only to be told that too was staff??

Very easy to book, pay, enter and leave the very convenient car park. Thoroughly recommended.

The only thing is we were told by text to park at car park 5 and it should have been drop off at 6. I had to walk to try to get the answer as to where we park and leave our keys.
Once we got to car park 6 it was very straightforward.

Gatwick long term parking is excellent
The bus to the terminal are regular we have used Gatwick long term parking for about 20 years & never had a problem & when I left my car window open The Gatwick parking team had sealed it up so the car didn't get wet inside despite all the rain we had first class service

Easy, efficient and hassle free.

The instructions of where to go were excellent and we was then greeted warmly and efficiently right by the terminal entrance. And on our return we were told exactly where the car was right near the parking office next to the terminal. All in all very pleased

My trip has to be cancelled due to air traffic control - I contacted customer services and they were very helpful - although I havnt yet received a confirmation email relating to a refund - my car was booked in for a week and I left the same day ?

Always love being that close to the airport, we use the long stay parking.
only worry is that in the hight of the summer it takes longer to find an empty space. Busses do come every 5 to 10 minutes as thay say.

Excellent service and hassle free parking removing all the stress at the start & end of a holiday. I have now used it a number of times and would highly recommend it.i have always parked at North Terminal and booked online which is easy and straight forward.

Easy to park near to the terminal and even easier picking up the car, which had been cleaned.

Easy to book and smooth experience

Very easy - drive in, no paperwork, number plate recognition made the experience so much easier. No queuing and easy to park.

My wife and I always use Valet Parking at Gatwick Airport, It is so easy to use, just drive in leave your keys and walk over to the departure lounge within around 5 mins. When you get back home go the the Valet office and pick your car keys up and drive home. I have used them for around 10 years, would never use an outside parking firm. you never know where your car is being parked.

Sapphire parking

Phone number not accepting calls on return. After one hour wait at designated pick-up point got through. Told North Terminal not accepting cars (Lie number 1) and to go to South Terminal Orange car park Level 3.
After another hour's wait I went to inform police that my car was missing, leaving my wife at the second pick-up point. While away she was approached by a representative of Sapphire parking stating pick-up was at level 1 and had been all day (lie number 2).

Car was eventually found by me on level one (no company rep. to be seen) locked WITH KEY LEFT ON TYRE UNDER FRONT WHEEL ARCH! Time from arrival to finding car and leaving airport three hours 30 minutes.

We will never use Gatwick Airport for holiday flights or any Meet and Greet again. Angry and frustrated by amazing incompetence.

We stayed parked for 4 days. Signage on entry was confusing with other parking facilities sharing the same entry point once you leave the main south terminal perimeter road. We were directed to parking zone C where there were limited spaces available and no staff to be seen. So if those spaces were not available there was no other zones identified as available. Shuttle service was very good. Bus stops were well positioned around the car park with very good signage to identify the row you park in. On return the shuttle was very efficient and good communication between drivers to call for more buses. Exit from the car park was easy.

A health issue stop us from travelling . We contacted Gatwick Parking and was able to receive a full refund via our insurers

We have used official Gatwick Airport Parking lots of times. We used north and south car parks Each time we have been very pleased. The transportation is so easy to use and is very frequent. I would definitely recommend leaving your car here. Very safe and you take your own keys with you. Will definitely be using again for our holiday next year.
