Very full. Very tight to get into any space due to narrow access. Spaces so tight together passenger had to get out before parking and driver still only managed to squeeze out of car. All cars have about 30 cm gap between them. Exit wasn’t clearly marked and had to go through one barrier into long stay car park then out through another barrier.

So easy to find a space. Bus was easy too, going and coming back.

First time I’ve used Leeds/bradford as an airport , the car park chosen was excellent , well signposted, easy to find a bay and park, coded for easy finding the section you had parked in, bus service efficient , I would have no issue with using again, all in all a very good service at a reasonable price £122 for 14 nights
Long stay, booking was easy and the bus driver was jovial and precise as the next stop coming up , it’s a definite thumbs up from me 👍🏻

Booking the parking was simple and straight forward. Confirmation details provided all instructions what to do on arrival and retutn. Dropping the car off was straight forward. The car was scanned for any damage upon entry to the car park. Return process was just as straight forward.

I had to get in touch with the long-stay parking team about my friend's car. He'd parked it in the car park to go on holiday and died suddenly whilst away. He had the only car key with him and I had no way of picking the car up. The team were amazing from start to finish - human, compassionate and practically incredibly helpful. It took nearly three months to sort and retrieve the car and I couldn't have done it without them. Thankyou!

We always park at LBA the location from the airport is 5mins on the bus we have never had a problem we book online and the barrier just opens coming in and going out
The buses are frequent and now have a click in the bus shelter to tell you how long the next bus will be the drivers are always friendly no matter what the time of dayv

Great parking close to the terminal with regular free shuttle buses. Best value for money & lots of spaces. We use every time and highly recommend.

I got a parking ticket saying I was parked in a restricted area, even though I followed the what3words direction. I have no idea how I was in the wrong place when they sent me there. I also didn’t receive the initial fine letter and only received the Final Demand letter which meant I couldn’t contest it! There were no signs saying it was a restricted area.
It is a disgrace. Beware!!!!

First time flying from here. Had an email from the airport advising of building work and this was very helpful.
Found the Long Stay 2 car park without a problem. Return was straightforward as well and immigration easy with electronic gates not installed yet.

Drive in, park car, walk few yards catch a bus. Dropped off outside the terminal what could be more easy perfect.

Parked on the long stay car park waited 2 minutes for the bus in to the airport with in 10 minutes of parking the car,
All self check-ins working so quickly checked security was quick and easy,
When returned passport control was ok about 15 minutes to get through and the bus to the carpark was 5 minutes wait ,

For my outgoing flight it was easy to find the Meet and Great area, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. On return my car was ready for me. No delays no problems - excellent.

Easy to book online & the ease of driving in / out. Our return flight was delayed so our departure from the car park was delayed but with the inclusion of a safe gap in the booking it didn't cause a problem. Forgot to mention the bus service from the terminal to our long stay car park was good. As soon as we arrived the bus was there to take us to our car & the bus driver was very friendly

First of all misleading advertising, I paid for mid stay parking which was advertised as 5 minute walk from the terminal ( and was pretty expensive as it was middle of the summer holiday season ) . I have never used Leeds Bradford before but the walk from where I parked was at least 15 minutes if not more. The airport itself was average at best flying out, with very all the seats and restaurants massively overcrowded. but on the return , we had to wait in the queue for around one hour and a half for the passport control . Absolutely ridiculously , it is the middle of the summer holiday season , airport clearly cannot cope with the volume of passengers and the service is very poor. I feel like bosses of these airports forget that people who pay airport fees in their tickets are their customers. Since UK is an island the airports should be top notch and efficient but definitely Leeds at the moment is not one of them

Easy to use, drove in, caught the bus and had a short walk to the terminal. Exactly the same on the way back. Would recommend.

The process of dropping off and collecting the car is very simple and quick.
My only issue is the route to and from the departures/arrivals lounges of the airport.
This is to do with the airport rather than the parking

What a shambles of an airport!! The parking is ridiculous and expensive. Collecting someone is a nightmare and one wrong turn can cost you a fortune. They have a 1 hour free parking area which is not long enough if there are delays in processing arrivals. A couple of minutes over cost £14. Then the pick up drop off point is £8 for 10 minutes and because of delays we had to move from the 1 hour free to there and it ended up costing £16.50. So £30 for 1.5 hours which is a disgrace. Also, why start works on the place mid holiday season. Absolute chaos!!

The parking was easy to book, find, park, and drop off the key at reception. The staff is always helpful; for example, on pickup, it was parked at the very bottom of the car park after a cheeky comment that I'd better catch the bus, then they did offer to fetch the car. I thanked them but walked down. The only drawback is that meet and greet is further away from the new baggage reclaim area.
