Disappointing service
I ordered a bunch of things a while ago and the parcel company tried to deliver but it was not successful. Tried to bring it up with the company by calling but they are not answering the phone, and have not been replying to emails. I have not been informed if they will redeliver or if they are refunding us and this has meant stalling our care package programme. Very disappointing!

They have been nothing but helpful…
They have been nothing but helpful while my parcel was delayed, they kept in touch and even tried to find out why it was delayed.
My parcel hasn't arrived yet but the staff have been great.

Sensory toy warehouse what can I say they have gone above and beyond to help me. After I purchased a toy from them for my grandsons 5th birthday it had damage on opening the present so I explained and writhing 3 to 4 days they had fully replaced the item for him . I cannot Express my gratitude enough. Will use them all the time. Professional and efficient in every aspect.

Would not recommend
I bought 3 of the tornado lamps. They are battery not mains powered. Only one of them worked and the other two will have to be returned. Dont waste your money.
