Overall, SendOn.com delivers a satisfactory service, but the user experience on the website leaves a lot to be desired. I gave it 3 stars mainly because the site is confusing to navigate.
That said, once I managed to get everything set up, the delivery itself went smoothly. If they could redesign the site to be more intuitive and user-friendly, it would make a big difference.

There's potential here, but usability needs serious attention.

Sign up was easy and clear. Postage and handling was reasonable. The website can be a little glitchy in English, so just go slow when inputting things like value of products once they get the package.

Professional transport service and easy to use website for Japan shopping

The process is cumbersome and a bit confusing but I’d never be able to get the items I wanted otherwise. Once it works out everything arrives swiftly in perfect condition.

I am extremely misanthropic, but the way the employees at this company treated me really soothed my heart.
