Super super efficient and trustworthy and most of all, goes above and beyond their duty to help me out when I had so many issues with the Japanese retailers due to language barrier. I highly recommend them. I have tried other forwarding couriers but none was as responsible and responsive. Thumbs up

Sendon is very reliable
I am newly joined member so am not familiar with the procedures, the support staff are very responsive and explain every step in a simple way so I can understand and arrange myself efficiently. It took quickly from Japan into Hong Kong and the package was wrapped in a nice box. I will recommend Sendon to anyone who wants to ship items from Japan.
