I needed to buy things in Japan and figured out I couldn’t have those send directly to me, so I found this service that had good reviews and used it. They were so kind to also help me with a second purchase that didn’t let me proceed due to my IP localization. They have another page called BuyJapon.com so I could let them buy this item for me and they combined everything and sent it to me following my instructions. All of my doubt were answered via WhatsApp. Everything went perfectly and I will have my package delivered tomorrow.

The package was attempted to be delivered to you twice, but you were not home.
In that situation, it is not our fault if you missed the delivery, as we sent the package from Japan to your address. You have to be available to accept the package. We asked you if the shipping company has left a slip or not to which you did not respond. Also, we cannot call the shipping company in your country as we are located in Japan, and do not have the information of the local carrier that delivered your package, which is again why we asked if they left a note in which you did not resend.
If you want to retrieve your package, again, you need to contact your local shipping carrier as they have your package. We cannot do this for you unfortunately. If you do not contact them in time, they will either dispose it or send it back to Japan, and you will need to pay the shipping fees for that.
Please contact your local shipping company about this as soon as possible.
Also, we respect your opinions, but we ask if you can change or delete this review, as it does not accurately reflect what happened. What happened is not a fault on our end, and when you asked us about it you did not respond to our question. Thank you.
Great for buying Japanese goods
Some items cannot be bought internationally with other proxies so Sendon is great to buy those items. You can use it on any Japanese website since they give you a address in Japan to ship the item to, which is then shipped to your address. For me, the shipping was a bit expensive since the shipping options were limited to only two: FedEx and something else. But the limited options is probably due to the recent tariffs that Trump imposed causing JapanPost to stop shipping packages to the US. The communication from the Sendon team was great since they were really transparent about the costs and custom duties fee, and they constantly update you on the status of your order. Packaging was really secure with a lot of protective padding and tape.

Not an AI review! This is a real experience!
Was concerned after reading some reviews about similar services, but really wanted a few items only local to Japan until next year. Took a chance and set up an address. As the items became available I sent them to the address and Sendon always promptly notified me they received the items. Using their website was pretty easy (I did have Chrome translate it into English). And the pricing of the service was SO reasonable and the shipping was INSANELY fast from Japan to the USA. I was expecting weeks, but it was literally 3 days. WOW. If I have needs in the future to get items from Japan, I will use SendOn Again.
PS: You can tell I'm not AI because I've sprinkled some purporseful spelling errors and grammatical errors into the review.

Super great experience! I pre ordered an item almost a year ago and once they received it there was great communication from the sender letting me know they received it and were ready for me to select my shipping options. I live in the US and choosing the FedEx option I received my package Monday when it was shipped on the previous Friday.
