Sellics - Sales + Analytics done the right way!

After being disappointed with another software, I switched to Sellics and I have been very happy with the,. Their software is good and comes with some issues yes but I like how they always try to improve themselves, made few suggestions in the last 4 weeks and I see that 3 out of 4 have been implemented already. Glad to see a company listen to their customers! And their knowledge base is a goldmine too! Definitely recommend!

Auf den ersten Blick ein gutes Tool... aber nur auf den ersten Blick...

Auf den ersten Blick ein gutes Tool. Leider funktionieren die meisten Features überhaupt nicht. Ich bin mittlerweile seit 2 Monaten im Kontakt mit dem Support. Leider erhält man hier nur sehr verzögert Antworten, die dann auch nur pauschal nach dem Motto "Wir arbeiten an einer Lösung" ausfallen. Bei Sellics gibt es scheinbar massive technische Probleme, der Support ist zwar freundlich, bietet aber keine Lösungen an. Die Software ist nicht nutzbar. Daher rate ich DRINGEND davon ab, Sellics zu abonnieren.

Zusatz: Interessant finde ich, dass Sellics antwortet, noch nichts von nicht funktionierenden Funktionen gehört zu haben. Ich schreibe seit Wochen mit mehreren Personen von Sellics hin und her, schicke Screenshots, etc...

Great platform and excellent Customer Service

Sellics it's an excellent option to manage your Amazon seller account and specially to handle PPC campaigns. It may sometimes have some performance issues but they provide a great tech support that will fix any problem

Standardfunktionen welche man bei anderen Anbietern 50% günstiger bekommt... Viel schlimmer ist der Support. Hier passiert garnichts! ich warte nach 3 Monaten und unzähligen Rückfragen immer noch auf Antworten. Schade, wirklich Schade...

I can reccomend Sellics Software and Company

I used Sellics for a short time but felt the software was a little too experienced for me being a new seller.

They were very helpful with a refund when i needed it, they always responded quickly with any questions i had and the software was pretty easy to use and set up.

I would recommend their services, it just want for me at this time of my journey.

Excellent PPC Management

We only use Sellics to automate the bids on our automatic and manual Amazon PPC campaigns. It works great and pays for the subscription each by keeping the ACOS lower than us trying to manage it on our own.

The time savings and easy of use makes this one of our favorite softwares we use for our Amazon FBA business

Worked Fine Until It Didn't
It was working fine for PPC and I paid for a year. Then I changed the ad scheduling and suddenly it's paused and not turning back on. I contacted them on Monday, and have been asking and pleading and begging for them to fix it because it's hurting my sales for my ads to be paused. I tried to disconnect and reconnect, and I tried to unpause them manually but it's not working. Now I fear I will have to rebuild each campaign again and lose all optimization from the ads. Ugh. Working with customer service, just get "we are working on it" but really! This is an issue and the vibe I get is "meh". They don't appear to be concerned. No ability to talk to someone, no follow up unless I contact them again. I regret spending the money.

Utter Garbage

Utter Garbage, if your looking for a selling software platform for amazon or similar go to someone else. As mentioned by others their customer support is appalling.
Good until they have your money and then they dont respond.

Their software is not fit for purpose and has cost our company thousands. From day one it was not working and they failed to mention it.

Then its been bug after bug after bug and issues.

You can select Exact Match keyword and it promotes broad matches, but apparently you then need to configure each one in advanced settings ???? its so not user friendly its untrue

I have asked for our money back and they are now blanking us

Horrific company avoid like the plague

They now reply and claim there was no bugs our outages, thats absolutely false. From day one there was an issue with PPC not triggering. I have copies of their replies proving this and screenshots. Utter utter lies

We take accusations of the software not working very seriously. The support team here at Sellics did their best to bridge the gap between your expectations of the software and the limitations we face but didn't find any bugs or outages.

Our support team worked very closely with our ppc experts on your case. We provided numerous workarounds that could be used to get your expected outcomes including specific rule set-ups and broad strategy points. To be fair, some of the solutions we provided could be more accessible in the interface which is feedback the company is seriously considering after your case. The situation is made more complicated by a few limitations on Amazon’s end, our interface, and the logic that governs our automation.

We are happy to continue the discussion internally about your experience and see if we can get your rules set up correctly

Schreckliches Tool

Das Tool von Sellics wirkt auf dem ersten Blick professionell, doch ist in der Praxis völlig unbrauchbar, da vieles nicht funktioniert oder falsche Daten angezeigt werden und einfachste Fehler seit Monaten nicht behoben werden. Preis/Leistung absolut nicht gegeben. Für den Preis gibt es wesentlich bessere Tools die Ihre Arbeit auch richtig machen.

A better way to resolve this would be to reach out. Is there a reason you do not provide a way to contact you nor even a name? It seems pretty clear to me that you have no intentions of actually helping. Just trying to do a public relations cover up by responding to each of my comments with insults and blame me for the lack of service is not going to please me enough to withdraw a bad review...if that was your plan I don't believe it will work. I am stuck in this 6 months prepaid agreement with you. We are only half way in, is there not a reason for you to try to save a customer relationship? At least if you don't want to save it, can you offer me a refund or partial refund to get out of the remaining term? Otherwise, this just feels like we are trying to shame one another publicly which is very childish. My purpose here is to warn others before they get into a deal with you that the service is not what you might expect from a $100/month software agreement. Nobody helps and you are 100% on your own so far that's my experience and had I known that i would not have signed up and certainly not for 6 months. If you wanted to fix this reputation you would either A) actually help my perception of your company by attempting to fix the issue and not pass me back to the same mess that got us here. Or B) offer me a reasonable way to leave in exchange for my removing a review. Either one might get us both somewhere. But right now, you just calling me names and pointing the finger at me seems very unprofessional and frankly a waste of each others time. It makes you look WORSE now than before we started here.

Any time there are complaints about poorly handle situations, the sellers of the software often reply with these "we are offering to help" type answers as you see below. Clearly the system you have in place is broken. If you would like to escalate and contact me that is fine or I you would like to help here, that may be best. But sending me back to the same group of people I am complaining about is just bad business...

UPDATED: Not sure why you are using profanity here when I asked you to help me publicly, since your team is unwilling to help me privately. My view is moving from 2 bad reps at your company to a more systemic problem from the top down. If you want to resolve this, I am not sure this is the way to do. Very unprofessional.

Honestly the software has potential, but do NOT sign up with these guys. I have been banging my head against the wall for months with these unchecked support agents. They are world class terrible service. The system says live chat. They respond in 3-5 days with useless answers, like "i don't understand your question" then 5 days later they will reply again with "let's set expectations we don't actually help to you fix anything here is a youtube video" which will have zero to do with the question. Honestly the company would be better off saying we have no support whatsoever and just figure it out. At least that way it would be less frustrating.

On top of this they have lots of system down type of issues. If anyone knows a good replacement for the automation part i would love to switch. This company deserves to be put out of business because they forgot how they got business in the first place, from their customers.

The worst support I've ever experienced

I was a big fan of Sellics, but they have now completely lost me. I have never experienced support as bad as this. Nowhere near.

First of all their support takes very long to respond at best of times (several hours if not days).

About a month ago my account stopped picking up data from Amazon. We've had a back and forth with the support people and they established it's a bug.

They eventually recommended I disable AWS authorisation for their app and that the system was going to ask me to reenable it to fix the issue.

That didn't work. What's far, far worse is that since then (about 10 days ago) all the support people I spoke to about the problem (3 in total) have completely ghosted me. I've sent 2 emails explaining that the fix didn't work and asking for the next step and they have completely ignored me.

It's unreal. I've never experienced anything like this.

Sellics is good while it works, but god save you if you have an issue. I'd stay clear if I were you. I'm looking for alternatives now.

Please know that we would not purposefully ignore a customer - the truth is many other customers have also had to wait multiple days recently as sometimes a lot of things will simply come together at the same time, ie. flue season + the recent ppc automation issue that has since been solved (http://status.sellics.com/incidents/vxc6xt62wqpt ), next to the already significantly higher number of messages due to our Profit & Keyword Harvesting automation betas (http://status.sellics.com/incidents/jqz03tcytmlc ). So it has indeed not been the best time to experience this kind of issue with us. We are of course taking measures to grow our team and be more flexible for these kind of scenarios, but this takes its time.

Regarding the actual issue though it does indeed seem we are the mercy of Amazon's API, which also makes it very difficult if not impossible to predict when this can be resolved - all I can promise is that we will of course refund the payment for any month in which you are not receiving data.

I hope we can make it up to you in the future.

Sellics tool has several issues with…

Sellics tool has several issues with storing data, AMS settings, and tech support is severely under supportive. We cancelled our account in August and suddenly we are now double billed every 2 weeks by Sellics. When we inquire with support, they say they don't see active account and have no insights. AMEX states they are using multiple MID accounts with Stripe to fraudulently charge our account. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLATFORM.

If you have had any call with us in the past (and when you consider the amount of long-term customers we have), it should become apparent though that we are not that kind of company.

We had already refunded all of your payments since the cancellation and are still investigating the root cause of this issue - it is probably related to you having had a Vendor Edition account with us, as well as a Seller Edition account (where we also recently changed our payment service provider). As soon as we get to the bottom of it we will let you know. In any case though you can be assured that we would never charge people wrongly on purpose - that would not be a very sustainable business model in times of online reviews ;) - so we will definitely make this right.

If at any point you want to give us another chance, feel free to remind us about this unfortunate incident and we can come up with a very attractive offer for you!
