My company has been using Sellics for a number of years. We use their service to review Amazon Reviews and answer Amazon Questions from consumers. We have been having a problem now for over a week in being able to pull reporting and get stats. After numerous emails to their employees, even requesting we receive a call back, we have heard nothing back from them in a weeks time in writing or by phone. This is no way to run a business and supply Support to your clients who depend on this information.

Terrible Company! Puts Profit Before Service
Terrible, Terrible, Terrible customer service! Having used Sellics for many years, we took a small break and when we resubscribed to Sellics some features weren't working correctly, most notably the profit calculator tool which hadn't tracked historic data correctly. Having spent weeks contacting customer services was very slow coming back to us on why this data wasn't available and we wasted a month's subscription trying to fix the tool - absolute waste of time and it still doesn't work! Sellics support refused to refund us, which is shocking as the product didn't work as described, we feel significantly misled and would not have subscribed if we knew the tools didn't work as before, they should have told us if these features weren't available when we re-subscribed - absolute shocking, misleading, money-grabbing service from a company that puts profit before helping loyal customers.
Disgraceful Service - Misleading Product + Awful Support
We resubscribed to Perpetua (Sellics) after a few months break from the product. Upon resubscribing some features weren't working correctly, most notably the profit calculator tool which hadn't tracked historic data correctly. Customer services were very slow coming back to us on why this data wasn't available and we wasted a month's subscription trying to fix the tool - absolute waste of time and it still doesn't work. They refused to refund us, which is shocking as the product didn't work as described, we felt significantly misled and would not have subscribed if we knew the tools didn't work as before. DO NOT TRUST, money-grabbing service from a company that puts profit before helping loyal customers.
Perfect Tool
I am very satisfied with this tool, I am sorry that I did not have the chance to use it when it was free. I will probably make the choice to buy it in the future. Thank you
Total Disaster
If you have the slightest idea of how to run PPC Campaign, and you are a relative small seller, don't even consider using PPC automation, especially Sellics. Just use their free benchmark, DO NOT PAY THEM.
Sellics requires you to sign-up 3months at the time, with NO REFUND policy. Prior to signing up for Sellics, I ran PPC myself for 3 months, kept optimizing and then hit a wall with ACOS; So I thought maybe automation/AI could help lower ACOS further and save some time. NO, NOT AT ALL, with one month of using the service my ACOS DOUBLED, Ad cost went down just 8%, sales DOWN 50% and this is with both the AI rule-based algorithm and expert advisor management. PPC automation lacks the precision you need, PERIOD, especially if you’re selling a differentiated product in a competitive space. Even if you use the more expensive advisor package, the advisors will not look at your campaigns three times a day like you would, and the Algo makes decision slower and dumber than you do.
I can possibly see PPC automation working for commodity like products of mass quantity so there’s enough information to feed to the algo. In such a case, the algo could actually processes info faster than you do. Another case would be for large companies who have lots of ASINS and lots of ad budget so they could save money on headcount by using these services and have enough money to burn at first so the algo could learn quickly and save money on the long run. Even in these scenarios, do yourself a favor and pick a PPC automation service that HAS A REFUND POLICY.
For smaller sellers, don’t waste your time and money cuz you won’t get it back! With such poor performance, I was told my request for refund is “baseless”. A service you paid for - failed to save you time, cost you money, and lowered your sale/doubled your ACOS, if that’s not basis for cancel and refund, I literally don’t know what it is. I’m basically backed to square one now, my old campaigns were paused since I signed up, so I have to essentially rebuild all my campaigns and spend a bunch of money so Amazon can familiarize with my products again. Total disaster.
So don’t be blinded by how great the demo is, how in theory everything they talked about makes total sense. Don’t make the mistake I did. At the end of the day, no refund policy means they are not accountable, and surely you’ll see they are way more attentive when they try to hook you on but if you want cancel/refund you won’t hear from them for week at a time.
I’m not discrediting PPC automation services entirely; I can see it has its uses. Again, do yourself a favor, if you want to try, try with a service that has refund policy, you’ll figure out whether or not it works for you soon enough so the damage can be controlled.
Very powerful
Smart campaign are not worth it
I have been using Sellics for 3 months because I wanted to get a semi-automated way of managing my keywords.
I tried the smart campaigns structure and set the Acos to be 40% but at the ends of 3months now, I can say the program is not working, my Acos is 120% and I only sold 100 units.

What a terrible company
What a terrible company! There's no way to cancel your subscription on their site. You have to send them an email. I did so, giving two months' notice to cancel my subscription. And guess what? They still took a full year's subscription from my account. Weeks later, I still have not been reimbursed. They give excuse after excuse.
I would advise you to look elsewhere - there are many PPC tools out there. Don't touch Sellics!

They recently changed and REMOVED ability to graph profit of single ASIN over time... Can not believe but it was good till it lasted I am stopping my subscription.
