Super Tool für Content Optimierung, Keyword Research und auch das Content Monitoring ist sehr hilfreich wenn mehrere Seller dein Produkt verkaufen. Wir fangen jetzt auch an das Advertising Modul zu nutzen und finden es sehr hilfreich zum managen und optimieren der Kampagnen. Nette und kompetente Ansprechpartner! Das einzige was uns jetzt noch fehlt ist, dass NL hinzugefügt wird.

Nach erneuerung zu einem neuen "Plan" funktioniert nix mehr.
Eben eingeloggt, alle Daten weg. Musste dann alle Artikl neu einlesen und was sehe ich? Artikel die es seit 3 Jahren nicht mehr bei Amazon gibt.
Die Anzeige für den Umsatz um Cockpit funktioniert schon lange nicht mehr, der "Spion" ist out of order.
Viel Geld für wenig Leistung.
Dann doch lieber eine Human Lebensform die agiert.

I have been working with sellics for some time now, it has really helped me come to terms with exactly how advertising on Amazon functions and allows me to set up campaigns with ease. Once campaigns are set up and you have your rules in place, Sellics does most of the work. It makes having lots of campaigns and 1000s of keywords easier to manage and track. I highly recommend Sellics to anyone advertising on Amazon.

Die Benutzeroberfläche ist sehr gelungen und ich hatte die Kampagnen schnell aufgesetzt. Ich empfehle es ganz klar weiter. Der Support ist sehr kompetent und hilfsbereit, ich fühle mich dort sehr gut aufgehoben. Die monatlichen Kosten für dieses Tool sind zurzeit etwa 10% von meinen gesamten Marketing Budget, diese haben sich schon sehr schnell bezahlt gemacht.

Highly recommend this effective tool!
We have found Sellics to be an incredibly valuable bid optimisation tool. The support we are given on a regular basis has helped us gain a deep understanding of its many intelligent functions. We have now increased the effectiveness of all our campaigns, our ROAS and sales turnover have both been impacted positively as a result! Would highly recommend using this tool, a very worthwhile investment.

Good platform, great support!
Being relatively new to Amazon AMS, it was quite daunting trying to figure out and understand all of the nuances/best practices associated with running the various campaigns and trying to make sense of all of the reporting and analytics involved. It can be extremely overwhelming to run a lot of campaigns individually, so the Sellics platform provides a great tool to consolidate the campaigns and allows you to make changes to multiple campaigns at a time instead of individually - it can be a bit glitchy at times, but for the most part does the job. More importantly, however, is the actual support that we’ve received from Tommaso at Sellics. He has been a tremendous guide in getting us up to speed on not just the Sellics platform itself, but also on Amazon AMS. He’s been patient, professional, supportive, and shown tremendous passion in trying to help us achieve our goals with AMS. It truly feels like we have found a partner that really cares about the success of our business. Thank you, Tommaso!

NO REFUND, BAD SUPPORT
Update 03.02.2021: After almost 1 month from when I have sent the email to harish///sellics.com how has requested, no sign back, just the confirmation that he will check and return with a resolution. So, from here I understand that leaving an answer to this review was just for marketing and not trying to fix something. Again very disappointed by this company!
I start paying monthly base and after that, they change my payment plan based on the future sale which I will get, which is a stupid system, in the context where I have a monthly payment. When I saw this on the same day when I was charged I have requested to cancel the account and refund the payment taken in advance for next month but they decline to do this and told me to use another month if I was already charged. I don't recommend this company if they are doing this type of business and support the customers.

Seit 2 Jahren mit dabei und ein typisch US-amerikanisches Unternehmen, das viel Interesse am Besten des Kunden zeigt: nämlich seinem Geld.
Support mittelmäßig, lange Entwicklungszeit für features, features sind ne open-beta und Kritik (bugs) werden nicht angenommen, extrem neue und teure Abos (Autopilot, 399 €/Monat aufwärts) wird alles besprochen, Vertrag ohne Kündigungsklausel ;-) aufgesetzt, der nach EU-recht fehlerhaft ist und dann wird nichtmal die Leistung erbracht, auf E-Mails reagiert und trotzdem flattert einem dann drei Wochen später die Rechnung ins Haus.
Umgehend der Rechnung widersprochen; mal sehen wie die "professionelle" Reaktion ausfallen wird.
Ich habe schon mein Auge auf zwei andere Dienstleister geworfen, denn sellics ist schlecht und schläfrig geworden und andere bieten das gleiche für weniger Geld...
Die extrem unprofessionelle Kundenakquise mit dem Autopiloten hat mir wirklich den Rest gegeben. Wer sich so arrogant benimmt, hat unser Geld nicht verdient.
Could be a very useful platform if it worked fine
Sellics is a smart platform where you can optimize and automate your Amazon bids. It offers exactly what I needed before. I could be a huge fan of it, if I didn't experience too many problems. I still use it with all troubles it brings, but I will definitely re-evaulate after 6 months when my subscription ends.
Although it is indeed a useful application especially for PPC campaigns, it has significant technical/performance/customer support issues. If you sign up for Sellics, get ready for disappeared rule-sets, a few bugs a day or other technical problems that may negatively impact your Amazon advertising performance. Therefore, all the technical problems that you read in these review platforms are unfortunately true. Another problem is, you can never get a quick response from customer service. They answer your questions in 24 hours, even if they are quite important. And if you ask a follow-up question, wait for another 24 hours.
Last but not least, my bank in the USA (BBVA) charged a currency markup because the country code of the merchant is DE not US. Although the payment was in USD, I paid a significant fee to BBVA because of this transaction. Sellics told me that I am the only customer among their thousands of US customers who pays additional banking fees. It might be true, but I know that some US banks are charging extra fees for overseas transactions. Btw, they did not anything about this problem, either.

Bug-ridden, misrepresented/ deprecated features
App has so much potential but level of bugs is appalling and customer service only pays lip service they don't actually get anything done.
Shocking how high fees are in this SaaS category and how mediocre every offering we've tried is. Sellics is the "least bad" so we'll probably keep using them till we find (or build) something better.
Suspect they've abandoned development of Seller Edition to focus on their AI thing they immediately start upselling you on less than 24 hours after signing up for their trial. All around distasteful experience. Such a shame, a wasted opportunity. The Profit and PPC tools at least are clean and useful (and laggy and bug-ridden).
UPDATE:
In response to your response, we've opened endless support tickets, filed bug reports, spoken on the phone a number of times, contacted your CEO directly (and gotten no response)...there is no point in reaching out to you again.
When we ask "Why isn't the Inventory feature working?", you respond "Soon our Inventory tool will no longer be available. We do not focus on inventory." Gee, forgive my confusion, I seem to have read otherwise on the whole page written about it here:

When we ask "Why isn't the Keyword Tracking tool working?", you respond "We are working hard on releasing a brand new rankings feature. This will be ready end of this year. Until then I don't think for your account specifically you can expect any significant developments especially on the rankings section." Guess I shouldn't have bothered reading all about it here then:

And if there are no fixes for "our account specifically", does that mean there *are* fixes for *other* accounts that matter more?
While we appreciate the trial extension you've provided as we've tried to get resolution with these issues, you are actively engaging in a bait-and-switch scheme, offering an "All-in-One" tool when in reality 2 of the 5 tools you offer on this page don't work:

2 out of 5 is 40% of the advertised functionality. How about reducing your prices by 40% so your users can claw back the value they are not getting from the service? Or updating your marketing to accurately reflect what users are actually getting (not *not* getting) for their money.

Gutes, solides Tool
Wir kommen gut zurecht mit dem Tool. Klar, Optimierungspotenzial gibt es hier und da immer, aber Sellics wird diesbezüglich sicher hinterher sein. Mit dem Support habe ich gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Manchmal dauert es etwas, bis eine Antwort kommt, aber sie kommt. Aktuell wurde uns sogar etwas geschenkt. :-)
Sehr schlechter Service
Leider nicht zu empfehlen, es kommen irgendwelche Hilfe Email bei denen man nicht weiterkommt, aber einen direkten Service bietet man nicht an. Aber solche teueren Abos werden wiederrum gemacht.
Wenn es schon Abos in dieser Preisklasse gibt, dann erwartet man richtige Antworten zu Themen.
