My costume arrived in plenty of time and they were kind enough to change the size quickly after I put in the wrong one. One of the costumes arm bands came without Velcro and the belt was sewn incorrectly

I placed an order for the mortal Kombat 11 Sonya suit cosplay on March 26. My credit card was charged but I never received any confirmation or order email. Can you please provide an update on the order and tracking information? I need this costume before April 15 and I paid fast shipping.

Update: it is now April 25 and I have not received my package or any response.

We bought two of them and both had problems all due to electrical. On one of the on off switch was broken and on the other Excelerator pedal didn’t work and we just have to use the RC mode. Customer service is terrible and they basically put it all on you to fix I would not recommend this product.

I ordered from Seecosplay back at the end of February, and ordered a single item. Despite a 14-20 day delivery estimate it still hasn't arrived yet after over 30 days, and they haven't given any sort of tracking details so that I can track the package. Also, despite attempting to contact support through their website, they have failed to respond. Don't buy from this website

Didnt revieve product yet, no american tracking number or communication. Support email is useless you giys dont respond. Requesting a refund immediatly,

They have not sent anything, except reminders to fill out this survey. Baffling, considering I have emailed them twice to inquire about the status of my order.

Listen, the service was good and everything else, But PLEASEEEEE use a more accurate picture for the item I purchased because it looks COMPLETELY different from the one I got, and if i would’ve known that I could’ve just spent 61.99 at Miccostumes since the picture there IS the one i got. I feel kinda robbed cause I was looking for that version a yknow the GOOD QUALITY version but then got the lesser one anyways 😭

Not what I expected and I ordered the Cuban link not the rope chain

The backpack itself seems great but unfortunately when connecting the shoulder strap to the bottom strap which is connected to the backpack at the bottom the entire strap piece came off very easy as it was never really connected. It was never sewed as the right side seems tight and sewed and the left side must have been missed by the machine that secured the bottom strap to the actual back pack.
I will have to drop off the backpack to alterations to have it fixed as my son can’t wait to finally use it.

I ordered almost 3 weeks ago, have emailed multiple times and messaged social media pages with no response. I need to know where my order is.

The item sold was not in stick the money was refunded and the item continues to show as in stocks on the Web site and I get email every other day asking if I'm happy with the item I didn't get

Not sure how the hat can turn out haven’t got it yet it is taking a long time to get to my house but you guys have been sending me nice emails so I’ll give you five stars just for being nice but if I find any problems with the hell if it doesn’t look gray or my package in the shop I will let you guys know but other than that I’ve been having a good experience so far

the outfit is great quality. but its way to small. im normally a size large for pants and shirts so i got an extra large to be safe. but its way to small its more like a medium. i cant even wear it..

This is my first time ordering a cosplay online and after about 10 minutes of research, I found a gojo cosplay from jujutsu kaisen on SeeCosplay. The website is very straightforward and easy to navigate, my only issue was that the price before checkout was 10 dollars less than the one I paid when checking out. I believe it's because the price displayed are in USD and I paid in CAD. Except for that detail I had no other issues. SeeCosplay predicted 10 days for my package to arrive but it only took 8. The items are in excellent quality, the stitches are strong, and the colour of the tissue used for my vest and pants matches the character. I also bought a wig and surprisingly it's not only white but a mix of light purple and white exactly like Gojo. TLDR; it might look sketchy but very reliable company to order cosplays.

P.S. I remembered this a bit later. I did also send a message with my measurements, they have a little box for that at check out. I wrote stuff like waist circumference, my height, the distance between shoulder and wrist etc. The costume fits me perfectly. :D

I purchased demon slayer from SeeCosplay, The size was slightly more than I expected, but it's already my fault, and so it coincides with the pattern, the color turned out to be darker than in the photo. And otherwise all is well, I recommend the seller.
