Terrible company. Never sent my product despite paying for expedited shipping. They refuse to respond to my emails.

In a rush I regrettably didn’t read reviews.
I paid for express shipping. Package should have come already. Hasn’t. Customer service non-responsive.
Avoid purchasing from this company.

Wrong size, failed to respond to emails or their chatbot (which tells you to email)
Ended up being refunded by paypal. Advise to take your money elsewhere, they don't care at all for your business.

I ordered a costume and selected my usual size. I get a product but it’s in a different size. Far too small for me to wear. I try to contact “customer service” I get one response that told me the size I ordered was sold out. I can’t get any response for a refund. I’m happy to ship the costume back but I can’t even get an email back for a refund. I paid with PayPal and filed a dispute claim. Will never shop there again.

If I could give it zero stars I would have would.
I ordered a wig. It said it would be delivered in 7-14 days. I dint even get a tracking number until two weeks after ordering, and then it said it was delivered.. Which it wasn't.
I was home all day, no packages.
No one responds to emails. This is a scam site.

They never delivered my product. There is no customer service on their website. What they write is lies - they never return your requests.

Apparently, this is some sort of scam. Avoid at all costs. And if you happen to order anything from them through credit cards I recommend to dispute the transactions.

I ordered a 3XL outfit when it arrived it said 2XL on it.. and SURPRISE won't fit. I have written them 5 times and NO answer not even an autoreply saying they will get back to me.. nothing .. they took my money .. and did not give me what I ordered and are now are not getting back. I tried chat and the chat gives the same email they are not replying to.. do NOT buy from them it is throwing money away.

My order selection was reset at checkout from an XL to a Small. After multiple attempts to get in touch through ever outlet they provide I have not been able to get this resolved or even a response. After a month since my order I received an item I cannot use. Please do not order anything from this company. You would do better to just burn your money.

never received my item. i got an email for my order being confirmed but i never got an email about it being shipped, do not order from this site

edit: they emailed me back saying the item was sold out and i asked for a refund. no reply. this company is a scam

The items I ordered unfortunately were not the best fit therefore trying to contact the customer service team was a challenge. After 3 weeks of messages and emails I never received a response for assistance with returns.
Although the items arrived within a week of ordering it was clear that there was never any intention except to collect payment.

It was incredibly easy to place an order online. Once completed, I instantly received a confirmation of my order by email. It was delivered in less time than I expected. The product was exactly what I thought it would be. Great service.

Fit nicely just have a smaller upper body, so the fit was a bit longer then I expected

Material is a high-quality the colors are vibrant size is accurate to what I expected.

Poor quality. Would like to return item. Please contact me.

The costume came on time & was really well done and looks like it does in show.

I am trying to make a return and there is no communication with the company. I have sent 2 emails with no response. Hopefully someone will see this and reach out.

There was no response for over a month so I had to order the outfit from Amazon. I tried emailing and calling with no response. After over a month and a half they emailed saying my order had shipped even though I had emailed them to cancel since I had received the Amazon outfit. No refunds have been given. I have still received no response from the company.

I am still waiting for an email back considering I only got half the items I bought for the costume. I have yet to receive a response so j can actually get my full order. So please respond ASAP or I will be submitting an issue through PayPal

I would honestly give this company no stars if I could!! Absolutely diabolical! My order came & when I needed to return it (as the material was so cheap) , it was a nightmare! I emailed the company 5 times over 2 weeks with no response to any of them!! Eventually I took up a dispute over this with my bank who refunded me! I recommend anybody who has a problem with this company with regards to refund or non delivery & are unable to get any communication from seecosplay that you open a dispute immediately with your bank as they may get your money back! Even on debit card payments !!
