Good quality item. Long shipping, no communication
Took almost a month to be delivered. No answer to my e-mail. Sweater looks great and quality is good, even after washing a few times, but there were no labels or washing instructions. Would probably buy again because the item is nice.

Not a good experience
Item did not arrive on time even though paid for express delivery. Items was different from the images. Emailed to send back and refund but have not heard back.

Never received order- now company won’t answer.
I have not received the goods I ordered.
The estimated ETA items was 7-14 days and it has been over a month. Customer service will not return my email requests for an update and the tracking for my order has not been updated since I placed my order. I will be seeking a refund and am very disappointed.

Beware of Who and Where you order a Costume from
I placed an order on March 28, 2023 for a Gotham Knights Robin costume. It is now May 10, 2023. I logged into the website and my order says "unfulfilled". I have emailed them several times in the last 4 weeks and have not received one response from them. NOT ONE. I would very much like to have a refund. But it looks like this is a total SCAM. I would like to give them 10 negative stars if possible.

Zero stars. Wrong item delivered, no communication, took almost a month to arrive. Had to get refunded through my bank. Don’t ever order anything from this scammer.

WARNING! SCAM! They have my $ and I have NOTHING!
Zero stars! Order placed April 3. Site says shipping occurs within 7-14 days. Order is still "being fulfilled". Multiple auto emails for rating have been received, yet as of April 24, the order still isnt processed. They sure did get my money tho! Multiple attempts at chat and email. Zero return communication. I REGRET PURCHASE ANYTHING THRU THIS SITE.

We ordered my son's roblox hoody on April 4, 2023. We haven't receive the hoody until now.. Today is April 21, and we are still waiting. It says that it will be delivered in 2 weeks.
