Seecosplay delivered our young son the best Obi Wan Kenobi costume on the market. It arrived very quickly, it is detailed, and fits wonderfully. He's had it for almost a year and still loves it. Wonderful purchase experience - quick and great value for money.

I ordered costumes for the Wicked movie, my group ordered about 10 of them. We all had the same experience. Super communicative until you pay them, then nothing. No returned emails, no returned calls, no costumes. I wish I would have come here first and not given them a penny.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. I ordered a costume for Halloween on Oct 5 and paid for express shipping (est 5 days it said). The package didn’t arrive until November 4…

Then after three attempted emails and the website chat bot, nobody responded to me for requesting a return/refund of the costume. I didn’t need it anymore past the holiday. There’s been crickets. I fully believe they are Chinese from the writing on the packages.

Never received my item and my identity stollen.

Purchased for a friend's cosplay, and they love it.

I just scored a Ningguang cosplay, and I'm satisfied with the quality and delivery speed.

Got my hands on a Medium Leia cosplay from them, and it's just the bomb—good accessories and all. Killer quality at a killer price.

A week after I placed an order you closed for weeks. Since I wouldn't receive it by when it was needed I ask to cancel. You replied with will ship soon. I again said cancel. You shipped anyway. Now won't answer. I want to return it. Additionally size is way off.

I cant believe I didn't research the reviews of this company. same thing as everyone else is saying. placed my order January 26th. paid for expedited shipping. and no response. its not Feb 21st and i have sent them a half dozen emails. still no response and no product.

Ordered a hoodie and paid for expedited shipping. After not hearing anything for 3 days I emailed asking for an update and they replied asking what gender/size hoodie I needed. It was selected in the order but I replied with the info they needed. it is now 12 days later and I have no tracking/ETA and the "expedited" shipping timeframe has come and gone. I tried reaching out to cancel and have not heard anything back. I am now going through my CC company to get my refund since they have not responded or provided the merchandise I have already paid for.

Lesson learned...buy from a reputable company/website.

I ordered a Star Trek uniform in Blue (choices were Red, Yellow, or Blue) which was confirmed in their email as "Blue." When the costume arrived, it was Green or Teal. I sent an email to costumer service with a picture of their Green uniform (with tag still on) next to another Blue one I bought from Amazon so they could see the difference. They are still arguing that it is the Green is the correct color! They sent me a photo from their factory of that same Green uniform. I replied that it is not Blue. I wish I had checked this website before ordering the costume. I will always check this website from now on.

Ordered cosplay in November. Never received any update until I emailed them about 4 weeks later. They haven't answered, so I emailed them that I will do a charge back if they do not answer me. A few days later they told me that that cosplay was out of stock. Why have it listed for purchase then? And why did they never contact me that the cosplay was not available? Anyway, they said I'd get a refund, but it has been a week and I did not get my money back yet.

I purchased a costume ordered a generic size medium, they sent a size small, I tried to email them several times and my email kept coming back undelivered as the email link is either broken or non existent, I filed a dispute with paypal.
If they didn't have the size I ordered in stock why did they take my order in the first place.

I wouldn't even rate it one star. I ordered a Halloween costume several weeks in advance. I had to get a different one from Amazon because it never showed up. Finally got it November 10. Asked for refund, but no one ever answers the emails. What a scam. Don't order from here!! Waste of money.

Would give a 0 if I could. Ordered from them over 2 1/2 months ago. Took my money and have never heard anything. I have repeatedly email with zero response. Hate being scammed! Especially since it was a lot of money I am now out.

I ordered my daughter a Halloween costume in mid September. It is now mid November and it still hasn't arrived. It was suppose to arrive in 7-14 days. The shipping updates say that it has reached my city and delivery depot. And it's been 'on its way' since October 14th. I've emailed customer service a few times and no response. This is definitely a scam. Do not trust them.

this company is a scam, they wouldn’t let me return my costume because it was see through and they told me that I am responsible for the shipping cost in China which is over $100 and i was still within the 30-day time period, don’t purchase anything from them, horrible customer service experience and you won’t get your refund!

I wish I had read the reviews too - I paid $141 including express postage - nothing arrived and no response to the 6 emails I wrote - this is a SCAM, I feel sick $141 is a lot of money for me to lose.

TRUST THE REVIEWS! Ordered a costume and put express shipping and nothing showed up. I was able to get in contact with somebody from the company and they said they would give me my refund once they verify my order. that was weeks ago. No costume, no refund.
