Seaye UK Anmeldelser

I had a problem with my frame spoke to customer service and they sorted it out straightaway without any delay. I strongly recommend everyone
Great customer service.

This is the 2nd pair of glasses I've bought from these guys and they were perfect will definitely be buying again when I need some more thanks

I was a bit hesitant about ordering online but these really are quality glasses at a great price. The frames are solid and fit perfectly and the lenses are absolutely spot on. I will be spreading the word and he using seaye again definitely.

Great service and quick delivery.

I ordered rimless pair of glasses, due to attractive price.
Pair I received were very badly made and put together. Uncoverd Screws were hanging out of lens, frame scratched and bubbling off Etc .
Return wasn't easy because seaye uk refused to admit badly manufactured frame and assembled in india. Despite providing them with video and pictures.
Finally they have another excuse.
That you must make a Video as u opening up the package and checking it.
So be very cautious and careful when u order from this company.

Great glasses for a great price.Good communication and faultless service from start to finish. Will definitely be using this company again.

I have gone through the cite, the products are stylish and affordable, and they have good services

This is for my second, spare pair, after buying my first pair 2 months or so ago.
New pair were just as good. Affordable varifocal, photochromatic specs.
Only improvements that could be made on website are more spring hinges, more info on the height of the lenses (some have this already). A separate entry for PD.
Other than that, can't be faulted.

Photochromic, variofocal glasses in an aviator frame which suit me down to the ground.
Excellent Service and an excellent product I will use Seaye again.

Excellent service and product. I’m very satisfied with my order.

Bad experience No customer Service Unprofessional Staff I ordered my prescription glass which they sent wrong size request them for correct glasses
replacement which they denied to take responsibility
just want to say waste of money and time.
Not recommended.

Excellent glasses at a fair price. Will definitely use again

Good company worth using very efficient and keep you informed until you receive glasses

Good except glasses finish could be better

Very pleased, would use again

The glasses are ok for distance but no good for intermediate and clos vision so they defeat the purpose of having varifocals as the do not work and yes I am used to using varifocals as i have had them for 20 years from other companies some good an some bad and yours are one of the bad
They have rung me today giving a load of rubbish reasons for the glasses being no good according to them they are perfect, so why can I not see through them I just feel insulted by the way they tried to fob me off

Absolutely fantastic service my glasses are spot will definitely be getting another pair

I am honestly so impressed, my glasses are absolutely beautiful, exactly what i was looking for. Ok, the delivery time was slightly longer than normal but well worth the wait. The customer service was also very good, kept up to date all the way.

I’m really happy with my purchase from Seaye.co.uk , the glasses exceeded my expectations. They fit perfectly and feel super comfortable for all day wear. I’d definitely buy from them again and recommend to anyone looking for affordable, stylish glasses.

These are so nice, really comfy and arrived fast!
