Delivery was as stated could not fault the speed of the service. one thing I would say even though the bottle is good having something that could guarantee your only going to get the right amount of drops needed would make this even better. just a bit worried I'll drop to many drops needed trying to hold a budgie while using the bottle is quite hard to make sure only right amount comes out. id deffo recommend using product and as mentioned delivery was spot on. thank you

Seller sold a product on Amazon that damaged my sofa. After weeks of emails Naqua agreed to cover the cost of repairs that equaled £210. After I paid this out of my pocket and proved it, they back peddled on the offer and refused to pay. This is going to be escalated and the cost will be doubled for the company.

Piggy and Hamster mite treatments
As it is virtually impossible to find what was my usual brand of Hamster and Guinea Pig Neck drops I found Naqua and now use them as my go to product. It also works out a lot cheaper for the amount you get as opposed to pre-measured pipettes. My critters have never shown any adverse affects and I am sure they feel happier after being treated. I only tend to use the drops when I suspect any issues.

I never received my order
I never received my order, it was impossible to try and contact anyone at Naqua to discuss. Had to request a refund via PayPal.

Reliable supplier, great customer service.
We were facing another frustrating shortage of flystrike prevention products in the UK just as the peak season began. Thankfully, Naqua had stock readily available and delivered the product the very next day — enough to cover our patients for the entire summer season.
The ordering process was quick and easy, and the value for money was excellent. Communication and customer service were outstanding, with Naqua even offering to set up a wholesale account for ongoing supply.
Their products are manufactured in the UK, which gives me greater confidence in a more consistent and reliable supply compared to competitors who rely on overseas production and distribution.
Highly recommend Naqua as a responsive, professional, and dependable supplier.
