I truly thought I’d given them an impossible task. I bought a fabulous pair of really cheap sunglasses asked if they could put my lens in. I did say I understand if you break them in the process and I will accept that. but they didn’t. They’re amazing, I now have an exquisite pair of sunglasses to my prescription highly recommend This company.

The glasses arrived quicker than I expected. I popped them on, & they fitted perfectly, & the lenses are perfect too.

Ordered a reglaze got the thinner & lighter lenses they came and there ridiculously thick and heavy and they won't refund!!! glasses are no good to me with the lenses that thick they look stupid £140 wasted

We’re sorry to hear you’re disappointed with your new lenses. We understand that with stronger prescriptions, the thickness can sometimes be surprising, even when the second thinnest lens option was selected.
We’ve confirmed with our laboratory that the correct 1.67 high index lenses were supplied to your prescription. While bespoke prescription lenses aren’t eligible for a refund, we did offer a goodwill refund of the reglaze service as a gesture of goodwill.
If you’d ever like to discuss alternative thinner lens options for future orders, we’d be more than happy to help.

As I’m 81 and after having cataract surgery, I was a little apprehensive about ordering new and reglazed glasses on line. However I was very impressed with your customer service prompt reply when asking questions regarding my prescription as I was uncertain as to how to proceed. Other questions were also explained in an understanding manner.
Unfortunately when ordering reglazed blue lens glasses I was asked if my prescription had a prism to which I replied yes.
I now think that as they are reading glasses perhaps I shouldn’t have been charged £10 for this.
As I intend to order a few more pairs of glasses perhaps you would consider giving me a credit for that amount.

Excellent customer service highly satisfied and highly recommend it! I was need just to change the frame but other opticians store just trying to make pay for all whatever Eddie found the frame which I like not expensive right for what I need. He also suggested the best option for me which I would consider. I definitely will back later for an eye test and to make a new pair of glasses. The best specialist in eye care. Thank you!
