We were having serious issues with our account that was going to lead to some downtime in our operations. Lance Jaques was absolutely fantastic, he stayed in contact with me, responded to my emails professionally and in a timely manner and was able to put me in touch with the support team to ensure a smooth transition in services.

The rarest experience; a company with real people answering the phone and offering gold plated customer service without any accursed Portals, Passwords, Favourite teacher names required before any conversation can happen. Wonderful old fashioned customer care.

Had an issue with a phone connection in one of our stores, but Rahul was dedicated to making sure the problem was resolved.

As always Ben is super helpful, only called for a minor query today but nothing is to much trouble and it was sorted in a matter of minutes.

Been using SCG for years and their personable sevice, punctuality and attention to detail is what gives me, a business owner, peace of mind. We had a few issues with our phone system at the start of this year. Our account manager, Fiona Cameron, has been terrific in resolving these issues swiftly and has maintained regular contact throughout. Customer care in general has been very good.

We were told we would receive a call from half an hour to an hour after our query was raised, but this took a little longer, and we had to reach out. This was not a huge inconvenience however, and when we got onto a call the member of staff that supported us was extremely helpful, and had our complaint solved quickly and professionally.
