Amith was terrific. Very knowledgeable but also very patient. He stayed with me until everything was sorted out. The computer got sorted out quickly but the TV was taking some time. Amith never made me feel like I was wasting his time - he was kind and seemed intent on getting everything working. Excellent service!

Customer services completed my request to upload a voicemail message for us within 2 days of the request. I received communication from both Aden (from the service delivery department) and Keith (our account manager) to inform me this had been completed. I am very pleased with the services provided!

An amazing experience from start to finish. The equipment supplied is of very high quality. The team kept us informed at all times during the changeover, and the whole process was very smooth. This simple change has improved our efficiency a great deal, and we would highly recommend working with SCG.

Coral is who I deal with most of the time. All the SCG staff I have dealt with are excellent but Coral goes the extra, extra mile :-)

Therefore, I give 25.5 stars!

Our account manager Coral is always a pleasure to deal with and goes above and beyond to ensure we have everything we need and the services are working as we expect.

We have never had any issue that wasn't corrected in a timely manor and have dealt with this company for over 5yrs now.

I cant give Coral enough credit for her cutomer service with us and she is a credit to the business.

The engineer rapidly fixed the issue during the remote call.

Carl from SCG as usual took the burden of me and assisted with the transfer of folder.
