I had an issue with my SIM card and Lucas replied to my email first thing in the morning and had my new E-Sim working on my phone by the end of the day. I was delighted, thought I would be without my phone for a week waiting for new sim to arrive

We are a small independent restaurant business working 18hours throughout the day.
We have been with SCG for over a year now. As a small independent restaurant, we operate 18 hours each day. Transitioning to digital in a rural area was challenging; however, the SCG team supported us every step of the way. They provide two phone numbers for support, ensuring they are available 24 hours a day. The entire team is quick to resolve issues and very collaborative.
