SCG always create a ticket quickly, give you the opportunity to flag the importance of the fault, tell you who will be looking into the issue then call soon after to discuss the issue. Everyone I've spoken to there has been great - friendly and very competent.

Contract renewal was due and also had issues accessing customer portal. Fiona Cameron was a great help dealing with both and was extremely knowledgeable. A great asset for SCG. Could not recommend Fiona highly enough.

The problem was that a MAC Laptop was unable to connect to the wifi. Amith Gosai a Senior Support Agent persisted until the connection was established.

We recently had fiber broadband installed at our office, and overall the experience with their customer service has been excellent.

From the initial setup through to completion, the team was responsive, professional, and easy to work with. Communication was clear throughout the process, and any questions we had were handled quickly and thoroughly. The installation itself was smooth, with minimal disruption to our day-to-day operations.

They also manage our IP phone system, and the support on that side has been just as reliable. Any issues or adjustments we’ve needed have been addressed promptly, and it’s clear they understand the importance of keeping our business communications running without interruption.
