Great customer care
We had a few issues with our phone system at the start of this year. Our account manager, Fiona Cameron, has been terrific in resolving these issues swiftly and has maintained regular contact throughout. Customer care in general has been very good.

I have had great customer experience. Our Account Manager Ahmed Nawid has provided tremendous support about our current mobile plans and other important topics such as cyber security and broadband.

Incorrect Billing
Credit must be given where credit is due. After nearly four months my incorrect billing was finally resolved.
Dave Jones Cusomer Services Lead picked up where Rita Smith left off and sorted out the descrepencies very quickly and kept me updated at all times. Well done and thank you.
