Great service. Staff brilliant.

Once again we did a river cruise with Scenic and it was wonderful. From arriving on board it was like coming home. All staff are like a big family and get on so well. Made some lovely friends from all over the world. Once again we were the only 2 Scots but there were more British people than before, probably because it was in France. Already booked to do Douro cruise next year.

Excellent staff, very good tours, decent accommodation and food. Special nights in restaurant very good. Need more tables for two in restaurants.

From start to finish our Jewels of Europe cruise was fantastic. Staff were so attentive and pleasant. The food was high class and varied. The excursion choices each day were varied and interesting. Cabin was spacious and comfortable bed.
We enjoyed it so much we hope to book with Scenic again in the near future.

We are experienced sea cruisers but this was our first river cruise. What appealed to us when we booked was the fact that everything was included, including branded alcoholic drinks and (very good) wine, and excursions. However, our experience in the past has been what is claimed in the marketing hype, is not always what's delivered.

With Scenic, we really couldn't think of anything we wanted, that wasn't included.

The service was outstanding. In fact, we booked our next trip soon after returning.

All of the Scenic crew are very professional

Because my wife is partially sighted scenic arranged help from our local airport to our destination airport then your picked up from the airport to the boat and you are welcomed on board and it's like you are family from start to Finnish

Everything was great - the service, the food and the accommodation on board.

We sailed on a Scenic River Cruise on 7th July 2025 Budapest to Munic- they changed our ship at the last minute to a less luxurious ship - The Danube river was very low so we had to both miss our on excursions and take long coach journeys so the ship could catch higher water levels down river so that the next cruise could remain on schedule. The senior management where rude and unprofessional !! We will never sail Scenic again, they over market your expectations of their ships and service - We will stick to Regent and Silverseas in future

A voyage aboard Scenic Eclipse is very special indeed. Do try and book a spa suite if you can, if only, for the lovely tub. Otherwise a standard cabin with a balcony is lovely also.
The dining options onboard are extensive and very good. We certainly appreciate their all inclusive pricing. So…go ahead and indulge in a drink and wine with a meal. The staff we have also found to be great. The ship is a small yacht-like vessel so don’t expect a casino or big productions for shows. However, the cruise director and staff make up for it. Our most memorable times were the performances out on the helicopter deck!

As usual your service was second to none , from booking to completion.

The people we met were interesting, friendly and there was the opportunity to meet other people in different circumstances. The boat was excellent, clean and in top condition. We never wanted for anything and all the staff were great. The food and drinks were fabulous.
We are hoping to return next year for the same cruise as there is so much to see you can’t see it all on one trip.

I did mention this in the onboard departure questionnaire- so what was the point of doing the q if you don’t respond?
In other respects it was superb.
