I think that this is out 7th river trip with Scenic, so they must have got things right. If I had to pick out one thing that makes them fantasic, it is the caring staff.

Fantastic cruise from Budapest to Munich,1st class service, food and drinks, staff were amazing lovely and couldn’t do enough for us, day trips very good and off the ship entertainment, best cruise I have ever been on would certainly recommend scenic

Relaxing, excellent food, choice of brilliant excursions, great scenery, superb courier and wonderful staff. Couldn't rate it higher.

From the moment of being picked up from the airport to being dropped back after the fantastic cruise I struggle to find fault. Ship, spotlessly clean, all crew so friendly, helpful and professional. The food was another highlight, so much variety at all meals, well presented, and the service first class. We only had the lowest category cabin but that was more than adequate for our needs. The cruise programme/options really suited what we were looking for, so many great memories now of our time spent on the Scenic Opal. Thank you everyone for this experience.

For a first river cruise, we were very impressed.

food excellent as were staff. Cabin 224 appalling and unsafe. Luxury not evident eg no upper deck waiter service / only one lounge and bar area. Drinks menu limited. Departure arrangements 160 people in one space with 1 toilet. Ambience friendly but too busy and a hint of " Butlins" in entertainment

This was our first river cruise and we were not sure if it was for us. From the moment we arrived we were made welcome. The ships are lovely and we were surprised at how large our cabin was. The balcony was a great place to sit on our return from an excursion or to sit and watch the world go by. The staff were first class and nothing was too much trouble for them plus they were always available to answer any questions or deal with any problems you might have. When they stated it was all inclusive we did wonder if we had missed something in the small print regarding additional charges but we had not and everything was included and restocked when used. We disembarked after a fabulous week and look forward to doing another river cruise but we have been spoilt and it will have to be with Scenic as we fear nothing else with measure up.

Wonderful cruise all around. Good food, very comfortable and knowledgeable guides.

We had pricing issues with our booking before we sailed between scenic and our agent rol also problems with finding the ship when it docked in Basel. Despite several phone calls nothing was resolved so a 5 star review becomes a 4 star because 5 star companies do not treat you this way the cruise and the crew were superb but we feel scenic could have handled our issues better

Staff so friendly couldnt do enough, destinations amazing, trips to choose from and food was excellent. Whilst not the cheapest worth every penny. Would highly recommend. Our cruise director Yvonne was amazing

Looked after so well right from embarking onto Scenic Jasper. Cabin upgrade was superb, especially with an electric bed! Cruise Director, Renata, was so knowledgeable about all the places we visited and extremely helpful if we had any questions. Cruise Manager equally as good. Our cabin cleaner was excellent, my wife wanted to bring him home with us! The only improvement I would suggest would be to have a member of staff with first aid training. My wife injured her leg in the cabin which involved going to hospital in Koblenze for treatment. A superb cruise, am hoping we might be able to repeat this one. Nice to see theMoselle river as well as the Rhine.

Loved the cruise to Bordeaux and the places we visited. Travelled with Scenic many times and they never fail to impress.

The quality of the staff - all members - was at the very highest level. They were all wonderful and thank you all so much.
