We purchased a composite decking kit from the store in Blackpool.
Everything you need is in the pack.
I struggled with the instructions as I found them lacking detail. Perhaps a clearer step by step regarding which side has no noseboard. (manual for dummies) Suffice to say I made this mistake and discovered towards the end that we had put the nose board on incorrectly. This resulted in the last board requiring cutting. The staff are fantastic there. I brought the board in (3.6 mtr) and they cut it perfectly. A big shout out to Alisha, Shannon Declan and Trevor. You were all so helpful. Staff of this calibre are few and far between and I found you all in one store. Thank you so much.

Incorrect cuts delivered twice, tried to state that this was our fault on multiple occasions despite the measurements they sent being different to the ones we requested. All edging strip arrived broken and we had to request the bolts to fit together our mitre cut despite the website stating they are included. The photos on the website are nothing like the colouration of the actual products and they will send you a different product without informing you. All but one member of staff was condescending and rude- avoid this company like the plague!

Perfect, most of my dealings where with Donna from the Wigan store. She is always on the ball to keep me informed of any delays on delivery. Most of which literally caused by a slow boat from China, totally out of her control.
I would have no hesitation on dealing with then again.

Prior to ordering my goods they confirmed they would be delivered on Sunday, and after ordering, I got an email confirming the goods would be delivered on Sunday. I stayed in all day and nothing arrived.

I contacted them the following day and was told one of the two items was out of stock, but no explanation as to why they did not deliver at least one of the items. I was told somebody should have contacted me to advise about the stock issue but nobody did.

Long story short they did not call to talk about stock issues, they did not both to deliver at least one of the items and they did not tell me the delivery was not coming.

I don't know why, but they do not seem to care about customers or providing a service which the customer is paying for.

I will not be using them again and I can only share my experience for you to decide if you want to use them.

I came across Savoy via a pop up online ad, and I’m so glad I did. Over the last few months they have become my number one go to for a complete garden renovation and a few home projects.
Top quality product, excellent service and reliable delivery service. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

From ordering online to confirming delivery dates within a couple of hours of order. Good service. Delivery was good the guy didnt mess around put the planks where requested neat and with care. Also very polite. Had a couple of damaged boards .. took pictures sent email. Got a call back immediatley confirming how many boards and 24 hours later delivered. You really cant ask for better service. Oh and the kits are good easy to put together and sturdy.

Drove into the yard and parked up every member of staff said hello which was a change compared too the bigger diy centres .. I walked into the main office and asked about decking which the lady prompted me too the place too go and the bloke who served me was a decent fella well mannered and got me the decking and carried it too my car then gave me a ticket too pay in and out within 10 mins Great place and I never knew it was that big well better than the bigger diy centers

Always reliable supplier for things timber and sundries. Convenient and easy access at Preston.
Of particular note LPD oak faced skirtings are great quality and look fantastic. Just have realistic expectations about deliveries and plan ahead!

Rude receptionist who advised me to cancel my order because they just could deliver in 15 days , when they advertise 7 to 10! She did not even asked apologise!
I paid £60 for a delivery, even with this money they don't have capacity to mat h their promises.

And I was spending near £1000.

Lucky after research I found another company who deliver within 2 days and even cheaper.

I would have given more stars if possible!

I purchased the deluxe model, nothing about this service is deluxe. their staff laughed at me and made fun of my disabilites and issues. i was supplied with substandard items and fittings not fit for purpose.
Following the instructions as described makes it bigger than its sold. all the decking has warped and has structural cracks some varying from 80 - 120 inchs in length. the hand rails are so bardly warped now they look like they are smiling. the instructions are one size fits all and it does not fit all. they supply you with indoor zinc screw to build the decking that are not deisgned for outdoor use and prone to rotting that would place all at risk, any decing abouve 1.8 meters needs noggings for stabilty and prevent damage. these do not come with these. there is so many issues with this purchase its not even funny. weeks after notify them off my issues the line manager promised to call me back about a reinbursment / refund and im still waiting. they have openly lied to paypal about what has happened.

This has since been reported to traiding standards, who have advised me to give them 7 days for a refund due to the lenght time this has been going on. "Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods should be of a satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. My rights have been breached because the item you sold me is faulty/doesn't match the description."

i also been strong advised to report this to under Equality Act 2010.

After a few hiccups, Chelsea and her team went above and beyond to make sure the delivery reached me over a weekend.
The communication was excellent and the quality of materials ordered were excellent.
It’s quite rare to find a business that actually goes out of their way to help, so hats off to Savoy.

Carl our driver was great, put our wood in the garden as asked nicely stacked which I appreciate as I am disabled.
A telephone with an ETA would have been nice so someone else was home but it all worked out.

Our delivery guy Carl was amazing! A credit to Savoy. Rang when he was on way and couldn’t have been more helpful, moving 40 x 4.8 decking boards in this heat! Very happy with the delivery service today.

Our delivery driver Carl was so lovely helped get all our equipment in and was so pleasant just a really nice person he is a credit to the company !!!
